Order on line for curb side pick up, followed instructions notified them when I arrived waited 20 minutes, no one ever came out. Went into the store to get my merchandise. The sales association wasn't the greatest.

The night assistant manager was really rude. It's a shame when someone has a position and supposed to lead by example. Instead she was extremely lazy and refused to help. She was in a hurry to go outside while on the clock to go drink or smoke with with her friend. O'Reilly's has really gone down the drain

I've been here a handful of times to buy just random items. However, on Sunday, May 22, 2022, I was really appreciative of the above and beyond customer service I received- specifically referring to the young Rep. Ricardo. My truck starter/ignition went out. He came out, tried to troubleshoot my issue. He allowed me to borrow tools and got a solenoid to see if that would remedy my issue. I had to call a tow truck and our interaction was over. Yet, as Ricardo was clocking out, he still checked up on me and wished me well as I waited for my tow.Bravo!

Got the part I needed and then asked for help to replace it and the guy said no I’m not going to do it and yells at someone in the back to do. Waited about 5 mins but no one showed up and I left! Lousy customer service.

Been left waiting on the phone for way to long. Had to call back 3-4 times. Sad how management fails to attend customers as well manage their team well. Only 2 people scheduled at night from I have seem lately. Not enough to attend people in the store and or answer phone calls. Get it together Orielly's.

Susan, Mario, Anthony, and everyone else whose ever helped my fiance and I thank you. If I could each employee that's been helpfull and gone out their way to find what I was looking for a raise and then some I would. No one can compares to O'Reilly's ever.

Not the friendlest group. If you want to feel insignificant, this is the place to go. Store appears to be well stocked. There seems to be a consistent wait time with customers piling up with no additional checkers to aid the situation. Always feels like one clerk on the phone with business and another servicing the other customers in line.

I went into this store today after I called in about buying a battery because I'm having problems with it. They were very friendly said they would help me test it and change it if needed. I go in and this bald guy with glasses was the first available person. I explain and he goes to check the battery. He made a very rude comment about the state of build up whatever I let it go. I asked if I cleaned it a bit might it help. He walked away from me without saying anything. I cleaned it but said I would buy a new one and he just said very rudely he couldn't do it without even trying. He was obviously not very professional from the beginning. This has been the worst experience will definitely not be going back!

Representative named Cynthia double charged me with two items, a $34 5 qt oil and an in-house OReilly ATF for $8.99 which were not what I took home. I did not check the printed receipt at the counter, but as I drove off, I realized that I was charged a total of $141 for a 5qt engine oil, an engine oil filter, an ATF oil, and air cabin filter, and it was totally so much for those few items so I re checked the receipt. Positive that a mistake was made, I rushed back to the store and manager JR made the correction and proceeded to issue a refund back to my card. I made Cynthia known that she charged me twice for one item but at first, trying to save face, blamed me and quipped non apologetically "for not knowing what you wanted." She would later apologize, but only after I insisted that she must pay attention to what she is doing. I don't normally check my receipt because I'm a repeat customer in this store and I had no bad experience until today. From now on, I will check my printed receipt, otherwise, I will end up paying for the things I did not take home. Please continue training your employees and checking their daily performance. If the pattern of bad behavior had been shown, then it is only correct that any employee who does something like this should not only be reprimanded but be held responsible. There could be a great reason why such a thing is happening and it should raise a red flag to the associate's conduct.
