★★☆☆☆ HELP..... Don't understand... I call the store on Ft Campbell Boulevard. In Clarksville Tennessee. And ask for a price on a water pump for my pickup, and was told that the only one they had was $96.00. I didn't ask him if there was another O'Reilly's in town here that had more options....... He tells me that every one that is available in town shows up on his screen, and they were all linked together so that is the only one that they had available in the entire. I then said thank you and hung up and called the other store across town, and you guessed it, they had two other water pumps available. The gentleman told me that they had one for $59.00 with a one year warranty. Then they had another one for $69.09 that had a lifetime warranty. So I asked the guy, if he was sure that they had those two in stock. His response was yes. Then I asked him, when I call you and ask you that and it pops up on your screen does it show you all the other stores in town and have it. His response was know he had to go to another screen to find that out. So that tells me, the guy I had talked to, on Fort Campbell boulevard...... Simply lied to me. Well I didn't think quite that at this moment. But it was confirmed when I called back the store on Fort Campbell Boulevard to tell them about the error in the system...... I simply got no answer. Nobody would answer the phone it would ring a couple times and they would hang up. Three three times. But like I started this out by saying.... I just don't understand it doesn't make any sense for the guy to not tell me or look up another store to see if they had more options so if it wasn't for me calling your Riverside store...... There would have been no chance at all of me getting a water pump from you tonight. Or if I was broke down on the side of the road and needed one and walked in there he would have told me the only one they had was $96. Well I tell you what...... Them guys at Napa would have delivered it. Especially if I was broke down. But, since that is the way O'Reilly's operates nowadays...... I think I'll choose advanced Auto for my water pump purchase, seeing how they are $2 cheaper but not only that if I order pick up online I save 20%. That wasn't an option with O'Reilly's..
