Warning!! Do not take your vehicle to this shop unless you want it to end up in a junkyard. We initially took our car in for a coolant leak, which they said was coming from the water pump. They replaced it, but after that repair, the car started overheating, something that had never happened before, even with the coolant leak. Then, they told us the overheating issue was caused by the radiator fan. They ran tests, but never fixed the problem. Later, after another failed diagnosis, they claimed it was the cylinder head and that it needed to be resurfaced. We paid for that expensive repair, and when we got the car back, it seemed to be working, until that same day, when it started having issues again. This time, it appeared to be the engine coolant temperature sensor, which stopped working (no temperature reading on the dashboard). We replaced the sensor ourselves, but after working briefly, it failed again. We then had to call another mechanic, who discovered that the issue with the sensor was actually caused by the thermostat housing being tampered with/disconnected (to hide the real problem). For some reason, this was affecting the temperature sensor, because once the thermostat was reconnected, the temperature reading came back, and of course, the car was still overheating. When we called the shop, they admitted they had left the thermostat disconnected “by mistake,” but then refused to take responsibility, claiming they could no longer guarantee their work because another mechanic had touched the vehicle. Now we are left with a car that is still overheating after spending thousands of dollars. These people are nothing more than amateur mechanics; maybe they can handle simple jobs like changing spark plugs or doing an oil change, but when it comes to real mechanical work, they have no idea what they’re doing. They are unethical, unprofessional, lack real mechanical knowledge, and will only destroy your car and your money.
