The name of the business is Official Brake & Lights 😅🤣. Today I called to schedule a simple brake inspection, and they said that they no longer do brakes! Now they only do smog checks and mufflers.

This place actually told me to go somewhere else. They didn't want to work on my car. I went next door to ask for an estimate, and the guy went and talked to the older man who originally said to go around the corner, the guy walked to the back of the shop and never came out again. Don't let them touch your car, too shady.

Horrible service here at brakes and lights. The woman which is the man's wife is very rude!! I came first time in the morning to a repair the man told me its going to take 1 hr. But first he and his wife had breakfast for 20 min. Then he left to get the parts he needed. While im the only one here sitting and waiting. Horrible wont recommend this place to anyone. You loose a lot of time and you receive bad attitude from staff.

SCAM****** owner definitely over charges!!!! And so unprofessional!!! I will never go back! And I will never recommend to anyone!!!!!! OWNER told me he got hit with a "FINE" and then he went on explaining why he failed my Jeep. "I see that you fixed the catalytic converter, so since it was fixed i need to reject it, since something doesn't seem right" i responded well you were the one that installed it about 1 yr ago how can it not be right, awkward silence then he responded again with "I got hit with a "FINE" so now its going to cost you $200 i said ok. come back in one hour. 30 mins later he called me and said that it more work it will cost me $650 to place the entire muffler system... JAJAJAJ i laughed i can get the whole muffler for $400, thanks but no thanks IM out. went to another smog server and guess what it passed only paid $55... jajajaja he lost yet another loyal customer....

I didn’t read the reviews before taking my vehicle to T-100 Auto Repair. I wish I did. These guys are dishonest as the day is long. They stuck me with a retest that costs $25.00. Take your car somewhere else. All I needed was a sticker to pass smog, but instead of telling me beforehand they tested my car for $55.00 and told me after the test I was missing a sticker. T-100 said “Get the sticker and we’ll retest for $25.00”. If they would have told me beforehand I could have saved the $25.00. In all the years I’ve had cars smogged the inspectors always take a quick look to see if all the required equipment is intact.

I just had the best and easiest smog check experience at Official Brake & Lights. I took my '05 WRX for a smog check, and Frankie was incredible. The day before, he helped me repair my exhaust pipe for a very reasonable price. The smog check itself was quick and affordable. The team was professional, efficient, and extremely friendly. I noticed their reviews were low, but based on my experience, they deserve much higher ratings. Highly recommend!
