The guys at front desk are pretty cool, however the work that is done isn’t the best, and most answers are done without verifying. Went for a brake issue/concern with a diag. already done beforehand, looking for a caliper check, which it seems they checked. Due to brake fluid leaking, you’d assume they would revise everything, but they did want to ‘ throw parts ‘ and see what the next step would be, why not just get it right the first time if there’s a leak? Whichever mechanic worked on my vehicle, it was another case of over tightening - they did damage my wheel lock key, as well as they do NOT clean up after themselves, and will not return your trim panel clips! Expected better quality of work and question responses. Ofc, I missed details, and if the shop replies, it probably will be 100% defensive.

This place is garbage. I took my truck there for some work and everything they did had to be redone by other shops. They did suspension work and didn't even tighten the lights when putting the tires back on. Replaced the fuel tank and drilled holes in the new tank because they didn't know how to get parts to fit properly, left exposed wires, wiring tied together with no shielding, did not seal the tank properly, so it was still leaking fuel, did not even put all the mounting bolts back on, and put deteriorated worn out wiring with the fuel pump inside the tank. My vehicle could've easily caught in fire with all the haphazard dangerous work this place did.

5 Stars! Drove from Palm Springs area to help my daughter with her car trouble; Passat engine light was on and limited power and acceleration. This was the second repair shop I went to and so GLAD I did. The gentleman who helped me was Job, he was extremely helpful. Fixed the issue; it was done expediently. They could have charged me more but did not. They just seemed to want to help out! There is only ONE mechanic which I will recommend and its this one! Thank you so much!

I took my car in to fix the brake assist system. While it was there I decided to let them do a tune up. Now one of my engine cylinders compression is way down and the computer disengages the stabilink and traction controls. My 2015 car now rattles and shuts off. I took it back to them and explained that these issues weren't affecting my car before they worked on it and they said it had to have been a previous issue and they reset all of my cars codes by disconnecting the battery and told me that they won't deal with the new issues. I'm taking my car the GM to build a case for small claims court against Superior Automotive.

Sam definitely cares about your car like it’s his own. I brought two cars here - 2015 Lexus rx350 and 2001 Lexus rx300. The ‘15 had a check engine/maintenance required light and the ‘01 had engine smoking while being in idle. The ‘15 was a simple tune up and the cost was very reasonable. The ‘01 was a big challenge for them because they had to find a leak 😬 . I imagined that they would of said “it’s an old car, we can’t help” but they never gave up. They communicated with me the whole time and informed me they would keep the car overnight. They found the leak, did the necessary repairs and Sam even took the car for a drive to make sure it was back to safe, normal function. It would of been easy for them to rip me off and say that a whole bunch of things needed to be replaced but they did what was only necessary for it to be safe & functional. I really appreciate Sam & his team and this will be my mechanic for any future car needs! Thanks Sam!

We arrived back in Canada!! Could not be more grateful for such a helpful place, George Sam and the team worked relentlessly all day during our visit to find the best possible option of saving our van so we could make the 2000 mile trip home to Canada! After a few issues with the van and a breakdown we took it to this garage by chance and it was the best decision we made, they were very informative, they worked really quickly and priced everything reasonably. They were honest with the prospects but still gave us great advice both as mechanics and as good people. In the end after a long day of debating we decided enough had been done to try and rescue the van and we decided to take it home, low and behold it made the whole journey back without fault! Could not recommend enough, it will be our garage of choice if we are in the area and should be for anyone who is passing through, honest, reliable and quick! Thanks guys!

DO NOT GO HERE. I've brought my car here several times over the past few years because they're the only shop in my that supposedly specializes in Volkswagon. Every time I got my car back it was only a matter of a couple months before I had a new check engine light or some new issue developed. They are EXTREMELY expensive and do NOT produce good results.
