They are a family owned business and they were very through and honest and super nice. They are also open on Saturday!! He gave me his honest opinion about my car. It was a 1996 dodge caravan that needed head gasgets and a a radiator fixed. He gave me an estimate, but honestly told me he did not think it was worth putting that much money into the car....a car that may easily break down again due to the miles and year. He could have easily taken my money, but he gave me his honest opinion and in my eyes thats trustworthy and I will be going back!!

I ❤ This place. Its family own and you are always treated with kindness and respect. Any evaluation given of your car is broken down for you to understand and also you may see exactly what they are describing to you while the vehicle is still in the bay and up in the air. You can see they give you a truthful and honest summary allowing you to make a choice that works best for your schedule and budget. They even offer different payment options. I am a customer for life!!

I’ve been coming here for my automotive needs for 3 yrs. Tammy, Deleo, and their son (Jr) are good people and always do a great job for me and my family. Came in today 5/10/2023, one of my tires were slowly losing pressure, I purchased it here. The techs took of the tire and examined it and discovered a nail lodged into the grooves. However, Junior and his technicians were able to repair the tire and without any charge to me as the tire was under warranty. Would highly recommend buying tires from them. They honor their warranty.

I used to go to the dealership. I was paying high high bills. This place is my hubby’s mechanic so I decided to go there. Holy cow. At very very high, upselled, unnecessary stuff list was explained to me in detail by Dooley about what I did and didn’t need and was still a fraction of what I would’ve paid at the dealership. My car runs so smoothly. I go keep up to date with them now for all my maintenance and am extremely happy with them! I highly recommend them. They’re family owned and operated and they are so nice and make you feel like friends. Highly highly highly recommend!

Nonstop Tires & Service is an incredible shop. I have lived all across the country and been to many different shops within San Diego- this is without question the best, most honest, and professional service I’ve experienced. My truck is running better than it ever has following their stellar service. D and Junior are extraordinarily knowledgeable, genuine, and high caliber men. After failing a smog emissions test, I brought it to their shop, they diagnosed the issue, made a phone call for a very specific part, and within an hour and a half had it ready for re-inspection. I was informed about other options to improve my truck further but they gave a blunt and sincere recommendation that those were unnecessary. My friends have had equally forthright and helpful experiences with them and we are all grateful for their honesty and top tier work. They even added a military discount that I was unaware was available and did not ask about. I will only use Nonstop for any future work and will continue to recommend them to all my family, friends and colleagues. I recently called to get a quote on My rack and pinion, for my 2014 silverado. While the gentleman was very friendly and helpful, I was surprised by the price of $900. I decided to get a second opinion and was quoted $300 at another shop. It's always a good idea to shop around for quotes before committing to any repairs. During a recent trip from the south bay to Arizona, my vehicle started overheating near Pine Valley and despite my efforts to cool the engine with additional coolant, the problem persisted. My road service was not helpful, so I contacted Dulio and Tammy at Nonstop Tires and Service in Chula Vista and despite having closed their shop at 4 PM, they arrived at my location by 5 PM to diagnose the issue. They quickly identify the problem, contacted their son to arrange a flatbed for my truck, they hooked the trailer onto their truck, bringing it back to Chula Vista arriving by 8 PM. Since the radiator was ordered on our way back, they installed it and by 11pm my truck was repaired and I was back on the road. Dulio and Tammy’s willingness to assist, even after hours, was commendable! Their timely assistance was invaluable, especially given my location in the mountains. I am deeply grateful for their efficient coordination and problem-solving skills, their actions are a testament to their commitment to their customers. This experience truly exemplifies the dedication of a good company. I highly recommend nonstop, tires and service.
