I just got home from getting my lexus worked on and felt compelled to write them a review based on my outstanding experience. I was quoted a Great price, very fair for 3 hours of labor. Claudia at the front desk accomodated my schedule and Dario worked on my car and did a great job. Really appreciate honest people these days in a world of grifters. Thse are good people trying to offer good services at competitive prices. Don’t pay attention to the reviews below, I met these people in person based on a referral and came to my own conclusion.it’s clear that a competitor is attempting to damage their reputation and bring them down. A tragic reality in todays unscrupulous business world. It was very busy when I went and they took care of me as if I was the only person there. 10/10 great job team! Happy camper here :-)

Went to fix passenger window, said parts were in, they weren't. Left the car for two days. They said more parts needed after that, and was supposed to put window back closed. Window is not all the way up and whistles and leaks...after paying over $200 it wasn't even made right

I came here for a rare break change on my 2021 BMW X1. They were very friendly and professional but the best part is that they did a terrific job. They gave me the same recommendation as the dealership and I've been driving my car for 3 weeks now with no problems. Best fair priced mechanic in Chula Vista. Moises is the lead mechanic and he really cares about your car and will take care of you right. He's never lied, cheated, or stolen anything from me. He's very honest about everything, and if he thinks you need to go to the dealership for further diagnoses he'll tell you. He's the best mechanic I've ever had for my three cars. I have a 2005, 2007, and 2008 vehicles that I send to him when they need work done. Always quick, and always a pleasure to talk with. I 100% stand by this business!

I needed a tune-up on my car and I called around to about 4 different places Chula Vista Auto Tech's quote was the lowest. I turned my car in that morning and the price they quoted me on the phone was the price he charged, so I was very pleased with that. I knew I had pretty bad tires and needed to change that next. After they were done with the car he mentioned my tires were not in good shape and quoted us a price for tires if we wanted to go through them for tires, he did not try and sell us the most expensive ones so I was pleased, I called Chula Vista Auto Tech and told them I would like to buy tires from them. They said they had to order them which was fine I didn't mind at all, it was just a couple of days that worked out perfectly. I turned the car over to them again to do the tires and they finish just in time for me to leave for work, everything worked out perfectly. My car runs really smooth now Rossy

Very good company and my company highly recommends you bring your car here. I have been work with plenty of companies over the years to fix our high roof cargo van and they have been the best company we worked with so far. They are fast and amazing with customer service. My wife had an issue with one of her brake lines leaking all the brake fluid (which should not happen on a 2017 but that's a whole other story) and I'm so glad I found this shop. I dropped off the car and about 30 minutes later I got a call saying one of the brake lines was broken and they also recommended replacing my brake pads. The brake pads were never replaced since I bought it brand new in 2017 so I figured it was time. I told them to go ahead and fix both front brake lines, just in case the other one might need replacing, and replace the brake pads on all four tires. I figured this would take a lot longer so I didn't expect to get my car back that same day but to my surprise I got a call later that day saying my car was ready. I was very impressed with their service and they did an amazing job!! (affordable too) I highly recommend them if you need any auto repairs.

Had to get my brakes checked and fixed same day. It was easy to call and set a appointment, they started working on getting the parts immediately so they were ready for the appointment day. I appreciate how they showed me my bad and worn out rotors and brake pads and the price was easy on my wallet. I called around for quotes and this place was the best plus they were more attentive and communicative. It took only a couple hours to have my car ready and they even offered me a pick up from to bring me back to my car which was so nice but I didn’t need it. Just the thought was great customer service. I highly recommend them for your car repairs.

I was recommended this place by a close friend, and she was right. This place is amazing. From the phone call to the checking out process, Moises and Claudia are so thoughtful and honest. They gave me honest assessments on what my car needed and what could wait. The prices were the lowest I have ever heard of in Cali. They went above and beyond, they even fixed something on my car that I didn't mention, and they did it for free! My car now drives so much better! They are the most honest and hardworking mechanics that I have seen in years. I will definitely be coming back for any car troubles or maintenance in the future! Plus, my dogs approved of them first sniff. I'm extremely happy with the service I received!!!

Extremely unprofessional. We had an appointment scheduled at 1:00 and was told the estimated time for a brake job was going to be about 2 to 3 hours (seems reasonable). 4 hours later we asked for the status of the repair since we where waiting and got provided with irrelevant information and one of the workers (short older little man) was responding rudely, after he stated “some guy or whoever he is dropped off the car without an appointment” after he was informed it was my husband who dropped it off and an appointment was scheduled. We’re glad his energy quickly changed as my husband arrived. Hopefully he treats consumers with respect since most people don’t like dealing with little man syndrome. I highly recommend for staff to work on communication skills for the sake of their customers. - despite the horrible customer service thank you to our mechanic
