This place doesn't even deserve a 0. Not only they did not fix my car they over charged me as if they did fixed it.....I brought my car on a Friday and kept hearing bullshit answers, They would say the would call me back by the end of the day and would never call me. I was car less for three days and would still not get a proper answer. My boyfriend had to go on a Tuesday and force them to return the car......worst place ever!!! Please please please please avoid the bad experience and go somewhere else !!

They charge me for diagnostic, that was not true , they made me change my alternator and that wasn’t the problem, problem continued. So they charge with out knowing the problem and there just guessing , nice way of making money .

My battery was literally smoking and I was referred to Ramon. Fast, knowledgeable, even checked out the electrical to make sure it was only the battery, which it was. Reasonable price + a guarantee. Couldn't ask for more in service and a rebuilt battery. In and out in half hour.

Left my car for 7 hours, left my car at 9am they told that I was going to get a call at 12 pm and no call , stop by at 2pm to see how everything was going and they still didn't check my car waited until 4 pm no call. They closed at 5pm, i call them and no answer I was borrowing a car that a I had to turn in, went by at 4:30 pm and the only thing that they told that they couldn't fine anything and that I was not going to get charge for anything, which to me it was kind weird, I asked him several questions and i was being ignored, got home the car had the same issues meaning that they didn't bother to check my car.

On October 17 2016 I went to this establishment and purchase a battery, for $35.00 for my 1990 VW Golf, when I installed it it kind of dragged a little, I thought to my self, it is probably going to need a new alternator i used the vehicle a few times only since it is a 3rd vehicle, that only goes to the store and running around. after a week the vehicle stopped working, I only have Mondays of, and some times don't have chance to do things like taking battery out and go and get it checked, finally after a couple of weeks I had a electric mechanic come a see my car, after checking it he told me it was charging perfect, then he checked the battery, he open it out, it was completely dry. so it took me a couple of more weeks to have the opportunity to take it back. on December 19th took it the attendant told me it was out of warranty, that if I wanted it replaces i had to pay on other $25 additional dollars, I understand it was a recondition battery, but it only last me about 2 weeks. I asked to talk to the owner, Ramon, that for unknown reasons he no longer runs the place???? he finally came out, and told me he could send it to the warehouse and have it checked, that he could let me have a borrowed one for 20.00, i told him that i had been a faithful customer since the early 90's, and had a relationship whit this establishment for years. I ran the body shop across the street, he knows me!!!!!! at this point I fell kind of sad that I was somebody he knows, what does he do with people that don't know him????? sorry but this person should not be able to operate.

I would refer these guys to everyone. Good prices quick service. They helped me with a jeep starter. All the parts stores wanted a lot of money. So I googled rebuilding shops and R & G auto electric came up. So I called them up and they helped me out. $35 plus parts.

I dropped my car off over night it wax going to be checked and they never called back. i called them the next day to ask what was was wrong ,they told my to call back later i called back and they said nothing was wrong with the car come pick up and pay the service fee. Don't.take your car here for electrical problems they have no clue. Went elsewhere they told me what the problem was. They have no experience in electrical..

Took my car to see what electrical problems I was having. I kind of already knew what it was just wanted to make sure. I dropped my car off at 10am they said it would be 2 hours for a diagnostics. 2 hours later they said what the issue was. Then around 430pm they said they needed more time cause they believed it was a different issue. Long story short after looking online it only takes about 5 minutes to diagnose the issue I was having and I replaced the part myself in less than 10 min. I picked up my car before they where able to get more money out of me..

Avoid these guys at all costs. They sold me a new battery that was actually a cleaned up old battery. It lasted only a year. Paid $125 for it and when I returned it, they offered me $10. The owner Ramon will smile and seem polite while he takes your money for bad service. Took my car there 3 times to fix a taillight. A $100 later still not working. Took it elsewhere and $20 later it was fixed. Will never go to them ever.

I brought my Isuzu Starter in to be rebuilt because a new refurbished one is $180. They charged me $85.00. When I got t it back four days later and installed it on my truck, it barely turned the motor and would not start the vehicle. I bought the $180 Starter and turned the old one in for the core. The truck starts every time, but cost me $250 in the long run, I didn't bring it back because I need my vehicle to work and could not afford any more delays.The rebuilt starter was not done correctly and should have worked as good as the rebuilt one from Oreilys. I feel it was a rip off for my $$$$ and cost me four days work as well. They said one or two days, then did not call to tell me it would take longer. Bad communication, Poor workmanship.

I took my BMW for a thermostat issue and the owner Ramon took 3 weeks to repair the issue. I got my car back with the check engine light on and he said once I drive the car it would turn off? Well the check engine light never turned off! I had no choice but, to take my car there again! After I picked up my car 3 weeks the car was indicating low coolant indicator light on dash! I took my car back to his shop because he is an electrician that supposedly fixed my car. Again the car stayed at his shop for 3 more weeks, unfortunately his workers there never had the time to check the my car while Ramon was on vacation! Ramon returning from vacation texting me he would test drive my car and do a diagnostic? He text me that my car was ready so I took an uber to his shop. Come to find out my car never got repaired. I still believe he needs to fix it but, he told me not to bring my car back again. He is not to be trusted !! I now have to take it to another level certified mechanic so they can fix my car! This is what you call Mickey Mouse work. Very angry because I have to pay his filthy work! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Fake and also his staff is very rude. I REGRET TAKING MY CAR HERE SO BE AWARE !!!

They are bunch of lyres, I called by phone for information about an alternator repair and a price, they told me that they will repair it for no more than $90.00 and they will have it fixed in an hour or two at the most, they told me that just take the alternator out of my car and bring it to them. When I got there the guy that was there told me that the person that the electrician just had and emergency and he had to leave, but the owner of the shop mill get back in 5 minutes, after 5 minutes I asked him for the owner and he said that the owner won’t show up, I asked to call him and the guy said that he doesn’t know the owner phone number. He made me waste time and money, and not only that, I had to take my alternator back and walk to find a shop for repair
