Mechanics and staff there have over 20 plus years of working with Hondas and Acuras. They specialize in selling used Honda and Acura parts. Amazing customer service and inventory. I had bought my 2001 Honda CRV from their Vtek Auto Sales location in El Cajon, CA. I had taken the car to the Honda dealer to check why the gas meter was not reading properly. The dealer told me I needed a new fuel pump sensor unit and were going to charge me over $1000 dollars. Brought my car to them because they had the part I needed. They were willing to install it on the spot. Turns out, they found out that what dealer said wasn't even the issue! They noticed my fuel tank was just DENTED. They switched out my tank that same day from another vehicle, and I was good to go. They really helped me dodge a costly bullet from the dealer. Will be coming back if need anything else. Amazing experience. Recommend!

Top Notch outfit. I had been literally to a dozen yards and got the brush off because my endeavour was a little more complex than the short path to cash for yards. Ali and Scott put in the time and effort to make my day. Ali and Scott were genuine and competent. A pleasure to do business with anyone with these characteristics. My 7yr old son wanted to go to a junkyard for his birthday to check it out. We were browsing for steering wheels to get one and I was about to pay $50. When he overheard me telling my son that this would be a birthday gift he told us to just take it for free! Had a really bad experience with the owner of this place Ale, so he wanted to charge me labor fee twice $100 for replacing a starter that took literally 15 mins of work, and the problem of my car wasn't even the starter. I paid $50 for nothing and $20 to the mechanic and I was going to buy another part that he has. He said no I changed my mind I'm not gonna sell it to you. He has the worst attitude ever, not smiling, and doesn't even know how to deal with customers. I have been several times before at this place and it's all been great other than this time.

TRIED TO BUY A PART FROM SCOTT ADKISSON EMAILED TWICE NO RESPONSE CALLED HIM HE GAVE IT 2 SECONDS AND SAID NO I HUNG UP HE CALLED ME BACK AND YELLED AT ME FOR HANGING UP THEN WROTE ME A BAD REVIEW FOR HIS LAZINESS AND INCOMPETENCE HE IS A JOKE

I called ahead to ask if he had a specific intake part for my vehicle. I was told I would need to come in and show the part in person. When I arrived, he then said he only sells complete engines and does not sell individual parts. If that’s the case, I don’t understand why I was asked to make the trip in the first place. The interaction felt dismissive, and there was no interest in helping or earning my business. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to poor communication and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend supporting this operation.
