Put a $20 in the $1 Change machine - never gave my change and then the out of service light came on. The self service wash was really poor. Just a glorified watering hose as none of the soap/foam options worked. Called the business and left a voicemail regarding their machine taking $20 from me. Never got an answer or a returned call.

Complete waste of money. I used to use this car wash all the time but they seem to have fallen off hard. Only half of the equipment in the self wash bays work. Had the air dry hose come off and hit my car as soon as I paid to renew my time. I’ve called the owner several times and have not heard a response. No this is not the first time this has happened but its definitely the last.

I really enjoyed this car wash UNTIL it started charging me $1/minute. I swiped my card the first time and got 10 minutes of wash time for $2. I like to really make sure my car is clean so I planned to use about 30-40 minutes. $6-8 is very reasonable! But when swiping my card for a third time, only 2 minutes were added! I had pressed the tire cleaner button so I thought to myself, "okay, two bucks for tire cleaner, that's fine." But when I swiped again to rinse it only gave 2 minutes again! I had to stop there. I called the phone number listed for "comments or problems" and got no answer. I'm home now with a half cleaned car and I'm very unhappy. If I was warned that the price increases after 20 minutes I would have gone elsewhere. Now I feel like I've been ripped off and wasted my time. Ogden Car Wash' slogan says satisfaction guaranteed. Well I'm not satisfied in the least.

I stopped in on my way to work one day after having went way too long without a wash. I was having a hard time getting the touch free wash to work. I called the number on the office and the owner came right over and fixed it for me. He was very nice and accomidating. He had me set up and on my way in just a few minutes and I still made it to work on time. This is one of those times when customer service could make a loyal customer or lose one. I will be using this car wash again!

First I will say I was pretty worried based on other reviews. I used the laser jet and choose the $12 options because it dried my car. So many other car washes leave water spots and don't wash your car good. My car had been through four hours of highway driving and was covered in bugs. She is just as clean and shiny as ever. Did a great job and I was happy I wasn't forced to vaccum my car to get my money's worth.

The best no-touch car wash is our area. The no-touch is only one lane now, there were two before. I guess some people like the microfiber brush lane too, I don't use it. Maintained well and rarely have issues where it is down.

I come here often to wash my car and my bike but this will be my last visit I was told to load up my bike and move my car because “there are people waiting to put money in my machines”. At this point, I was lubing up my bike and at most a min or two away from leaving. I felt bad making people wait so I moved, but by the time I had moved my car two other spots had freed up for the one car that was waiting. I understand customers can’t just sit in the car washing bays after they wash their cars but it was the way I was told to move. It was like I had already given my money to him so I didn’t even deserve a nice response. I will be finding a new self wash facility with people that appreciate my business.

Do not use the automatic "soft touch" car wash. It completely ruined my flawless paint job on my car even after pre-washing my car before going through it. I now have hundreds of stone chips and deep scratches all over the top side of my car. No one will answer the number posted to help nor is anyone ever there that I can speak with. My insurance company has even tried contacting them with no success. I'm now looking at a total respray to fix what a $14 carwash has done

We spent $14 on the "good" wash and it did not get all of the pollen off the top, back, and passenger side doors. We had to finish getting it off by hand which was another $4. I feel we are entitled to our $14 back since he had to rewash it ourselves.

Nice place. We washed our rig and TV here. The machines take credit cards and cash. The time was ample and all the equipment worked great. The automatic touch car wash left a little to be desired. It missed a few spots on my F-250. But nothing to complain about.

I wanted to take a minute and write a review about my experience at Ogden Car Wash. First I want to say that I recommend this car wash. I have been using this facility for over a year now. Some of the reasons I prefer this car wash over all the other car washes I have used in Wilmington are as follows. I have never had a negative experience at this place of business. The entire facility is always clean. Every piece of equipment works, I never worry about pulling into a bay and the equipment not working. The touch less car wash bays are maintained very well. My car is black and it has been difficult in the past to get a wash that didn't leave a residue on my finish from the other car washes I used. However Ogden Car Wash has always yielded a result that has been pleasing and satisfactory to me and this result is consistent every time. The staff is friendly and always available to assist me with any needs or questions I might have. When you are detailing your car there is never any pressure about time limits. Because this car wash is staffed during peak hours I am comfortable and feel safe when I'm using this facility. It is always a pleasure to do business with a company that is professional and customer orientated.

Rims chipped from touchless wash, paid for the 12.00 wash and my car is still dirty, doesn’t even look like I washed it. When addressing the paint being chipped on my Rims automatically stated it didn’t happen there, younger owner nicer then older man who was very rude

Amazing car wash, everything works and takes cards. Touchless, touch and manual washes avalible with vacuums too. Also every manual wash has a blower option to dry your car too, and works well.

Mediocre. Been a long time since I've been to a car wash. Used the self wash. I like bringing my own soap, bucket, and sponge. Prefer to use the rinse mode full time since it takes so long to get the soap out of the wand. The turbo blower is a waste.

Soft touch car wash left a hazy layer on my windshield and mirrors. Thought it might be a wax solution but it doesn’t buff out and is a pain to remove. Had to pull over in the rain because it was smudging so bad.
