Had an issue with my car or like kept coming on it had too much oil in it plus me to the thermostat so Dave said then some type of down within my car $700 knowing that it was my timing chains so that I have to come back in which was about $2,000 I usually deal with Meineke but I feel like I was overcharged for something that he knew the problem was in the first place

Really poor Service, Ruined my car by leaving Oil Cap under the hood off. Leaving Lugg Nuts Loose To wheels causing really loud noise and almost damage my and broke my whole axle to vehicle please don’t come or support this Shop.

While leaving David’s bridal next door a little before 5p on 4/24/25 I witnessed what appeared to be an Ohio Autocare employee encouraging another employee who’s then proceeded powerdrift a customers care into a repair bay.

Went in for an oil change and got it all set up and went shopping nearby to wait. Upon returning, was charged an extra quart of oil and was told the vehicle needed that much. The vehicle took 5.5 quarts was charged for 7 quarts. Checked the dip stick and was over filled by a half quart. Went back inside to have them look at it and whoever was working the counter ( I belive his name was Dave, that was what was on the business card on the desk) said "I'm not a dog" and had a nasty disposition. We said it was overfilled and he demanded for us to give back the keys so he could drain the oil. With his hostile attitude we asked if he was going to put the correct amount of oil back in and he just kept getting louder without answering the question. So to avoid any more hostility we left. The guy working the counter was very unprofessional and didn't apologize or anything. I believe he was on a power trip and wasn't able to handle making a mistake. Also the oil filter wasn't changed out even though we were charged and told it was done. Not a good experience. Update: service writer on receipt says Randy. I'm assuming that is the person we had unpleasant dealings with.

Helping my mom move across country and her engine lost power. We took it in, he helped us RIGHT away! Was so honest calm and caring! Was so sweet with my daughter showing her around and letting her help him. We had a dog 2 cats 2 trailers 2 kids. So imagine the stress to find out the engine was blown! He let us take our time and took time to help us find a solution. We called around before we found him, and just thank God we did! His kindness was a huge blessing! Not only do they have great prices on oil changes, but they also got it done super fast! I was able to do my grocery shopping at Trader Joe’s next door in about 30 minutes, and by the time I came back, my car was ready. David was so kind—he even helped me load all my groceries into the car. Very nice and honest people. They’ve definitely earned my business from now on!

I had only brakes installed and an oil change done. No less than 25 days later, my caliper magically falls into my rim. And scrapes a deep gash into it. That’s just the icing on the cake. Tell me why both of my caliper bracket bolts were missing? They don’t seem to know either for some odd reason even though they’re the last people to work on my brakes. So now I’m currently in the process of suing them. Also let me tell you what they did for the repair. My truck was towed from the side of the road directly to their shop. The only thing they did was put the caliper bracket bolts back in. Did not check my calipers did not check my brakes and in fact, used the old brakes that they had installed previously David refused to do any further repairs. I had it towed directly to another mechanic he told me that my system was completely unsafe to drive and I had to pay $1400 to repair. So now I have a depreciated rim that I can’t find anymore. I also paid to have brakes installed twice another loss of 368.23 i’ve already spoken to David and he refuses to work with me. All he wants to do is see if a rim is repairable when he know it isn’t. I guess I’ll see you in court soon. You’ll be getting your notices of intent soon. And just for the record no one go here if unless they’re willing to risk the safety of your children mothers and dad’s brother, sisters, just think this could’ve been a lot worse for me. I’ll also be posting my dash cam footage on YouTube to prove that the repair wasn’t safe. What if this happened on the highway instead of coming to a stop? All this could’ve killed my child and fiancé. I also have a YouTube video of Dayheights towing picking up my truck. ForWhatever your employees told that driver convinced him I was some type of scammer. Look up “ Raging tow truck driver cussing customer out on dash cam” I was also told my rotors weren’t polished but if you look at the pictures they do look polished. You can reach out to me you know who I am. If you really want to get this taken care of contact me if not, I’ll see you in court. If you’re willing to do the right thing, I’ll remove these bad comments till then they are here forever unless you want make this right.
