Went in for a axel oil seal, Got my truck back with an ABS light I couldn’t operate, so I went to Freightliner They found that the axle Had not been Retightened and that the wheel sensors Would need to be replaced They also charged me twice the going rate for brake linings

I recently had my F250 Super Duty (250K miles) in for a hard starting problem. Dan, Kevin and the crew did a great job finding and fixing the problem. During the process, they called me and kept me informed of the progress and reviewed options for us to settle on the final approach. They performed in a very competent and professional manner. I highly recommend Olympic Truck Service! Additionally, I needed roadside service on one of my other trucks, stalled, no start on the highway... Even though it was in the evening, Olympic dispatched a repair truck to my location promptly and he fixed the diesel engine problem on the road and I was on my way in a timely manner. Again, I highly recommend Olympic Truck Service! Okay, next Olympic story. My old F250 had a vibration issue that I detected. Dan did a test drive with me and agreed that the first place to look was in the drive train. Dan scooted under the truck, inspecting everything front to back, then he found it! The rear most U-Joint was broken and would be shearing off soon! I left the truck with them and they had it fixed in just a few hours. My old horse hauler is back at work thanks to Dan and the gang at Olympic Truck Service!

Horrible . Zero stars. One of the employees named Wade was test driving an 18 wheeler. His front wheel spikes went into my lane and tore up the side of my car. I remained respectful and calm. Wade said he was test driving the 18 wheeler. He never even apologized. The owner Leo Brutsche met up with him so I calmly told him that it was rude and disrespectful that Wade never apologized and all he said was " I understand". He never apologized either. On top of that false insurance info was given to the state trooper. Horribly rude people

10/10, would break down here again. Olympic Truck Services is hands down the best truck shop I've ever had the misfortune of getting truck maintenance at. Their top-notch customer service and respect for the customer is second to none, truly. Truck breakdowns are never ever ever ever ever ever a good time, but Olympic Truck Services makes the entire evolution as stress free as they possibly can. Their willingness to answer question after question after question so that i could grasp the issue is truly not an industry norm. More importantly, my questions weren't followed by heavy sighs and eye rolls as one might experience at other shops. I not once was made to feel like a burden. Shootout to Jon for being so patient and understanding with me and my questions. He clearly cares not only about his reputation, but the reputation of the shop as well. Every crew member i had the pleasure of interacting with was amazing, truly.

Great group of mechanics. Under quoted the work, was elated with the service and the price. Definitely recommend! They didn't try to upsale or suggest parts that they didn't think needed attention. I trust them explicitly. They even let me hang in office because they thought they could fix it that day, but found out they needed another part. Also, I have been emailing with the manager (?) because I have a 1996 bluebird I'm turning into a tiny home and he gave his email to ask for advice. Honestly great place. I would be wary of the 1 star reviews.

at first the staff seemed friendly, but they are totally over pricing for work, $193.00 per hr , a trailer annual insp, they charge an hour, any little reason they can find they fail the inspection and you still pay the fee, thats business but it should not be full rate for something that took 20 minutes , this place is a scam , stay away, they push equipment failure in order to get more work and money from you then talk to you as if you dont know the laws or rules and regulations , $193.00 per hr for second rate service is totally ridiculous. stay away from this shop

Thank you guys. Saved me $1000s. I had an injector go out, and spill fuel into the oil tank. Had it towed to the dealer and they quoted me $14,000. They wanted To replace all the injectors and the harness, along with some other work that I needed. I felt like my chain was being jerked, And I was right. I had it towed out of the dealer and overdue Olympic truck service after speaking to John on the phone. he told me what their plan would be for the repair work, just replacing the injector that failed and putting new rings on the other injectors. Along with the other work that I needed ended up paying $5000 less than I would have if I kept my truck at the dealer. Have been driving the truck for a week now and no issues at all. Running perfectly and even better than before. I drive between Portland and Seattle every day and definitely will only come here if I am needing maintenance between the cities.

Very disappointed with this shop. They gave me a low estimate at first, but when my driver arrived, they suddenly changed the price to almost double before starting the work. We ended up wasting time and fuel for nothing. Totally unprofessional and misleading — they should be honest about prices from the beginning. I don’t recommend this place.
