since I moved into the neighborhood at the beginning of the year I've been here 3 times and every time has been exactly what you should experience when you pull up in your car AND getting the service you need. I've worked with Jason and Bob the most and let me tell you how amazing they are. Jason is very knowledgeable, he tells you the truth and helps you the whole way through. Bob is awesome because if you have a big problem he will calm you down asap with his fun attitude and makes you feel better about your busted alternator. Let's not forget the mechanics working behind the scenes that do an amazing job too! those guys have saved my FJ and it's literally life saving since I depend on my vehicle af every day. Thank you to everyone at this place and everyone that's helped me get my car rolling again. p.s. if the Toyota building manager is reading this or something send an email to Toyota HQ to make a v8 twin turbskie Tundra!

Have used for services multiple times and always leave unsatisfied. - Multiple sensor issues on my truck misdiagnosed, that required several trips in (Issue finally identified and fixed by a different dealership within 2 hours) - Customer interaction on approach is terrible. DO NOT approach the first counter upon entrance you will be chastised and sent down the line - staff change over, verbal agreements were made with prior employees and not honored (maybe that’s why they are former, shame on me for bad expectation management) - the only plus(s) are ease of getting an appointment via phone and the biscuit house restaurant. Invest some time and drive a little further to Tacoma if you need service.

Showed up for a 10:30 AM appointment for a T-SB, (Supposedly a 2 hour job) 4 hours later found out they haven't even started the job. Apparently my personal time is not their concern, only over booking the service dept to satisfy their greedy little hands.

I’ve been servicing my Toyotas here since they opened their doors in Tumwater. Always up front and personable. Excellent communication from drop off to pickup, or wait and enjoy some food. Best dealership & service department in the business.

Great service. The holidays is on us and their service department is really busy so anticipate a little longer wait. It's worth it because the technicians still go through their checklists thoroughly. For such hustle and bustle their attitude is remarkable awesome. Just understand that they are busting their buttons to give you the best they have . Thank you (John) in the service department for taking care of my key fob battery.

Hate to be the person that says I wish I could give zero Stars but I will be that person because I wish I could. Yesterday I went to go get routine maintenance done They ended up upselling me to do more than I had to. Which is fine because I want to take care of my car. I spent around $500 for a for the inspection, fuel injection service and alignment. As I was driving home my car started spitting out a ton of white smoke. I called the dealership in the morning. They told me that can happen when they do the fuel injection service and if you drive it like you stole it it should clear. Well my RPMs were all over the place and my car wouldn't go over 60 driving down i-90 and running super rough. I had to take it all the way back there after spending 2 hours there the first time I now had to spend another 2 hours there waiting to see what they did to my car. Jason was the man that helped me, I waited another 2 hours for them to tell me what happened only for him to tell me that a mistake was made. They are only human. And somebody overfilled the oil. Who? We don't know. Obviously upset I said. How do I know there's nothing wrong with my car anymore? I know it might not seem like a lot but this is a $40,000 car. Kind of a big deal to make mistakes on it. His response was we make mistakes on $100,000 cars. It happens. No I'm sorry no nothing. I just had to trust that it was fixed and drive off. I just want to say Jason people's time is valuable. Driving an hour to get there 2 days in a row, waiting a grand total of 4 hours, and an hour back just to get home is a giant inconvenience. Not everybody has money to just throw around for your mistakes. And maybe if you make so many mistakes that you're making them on $100,000 cars you should slow down and take less cars so you can do a better job.

I had my car maintenance at this dealership including oil change, trans fluid and AWD service in 2 hours wait walk-in. Guest what? The total was 911$ and found out the labor price was $400 something. Wow???. That more than doctor and engineer salary. Would not recommend this place! They are scammers, dishonest and willing to take your money if you don’t know much about car service.

***day of service*** I showed up just before 4pm with an appointment. The service sign said, "walk-ins" about an hour for service, for walk ins, not appointment. I have been here over an hour and 45 minutes for a basic oil change. I am being told they are working on it. I paid for the oil changes ahead of time. I guess that means they can now take their time. People have come after me and already left. Terrible service!! Ultimately waited over two hours for a basic oil change. ***a week and a half after the service review*** This is an update to my original review. While there were problems with the service, management stepped up to make it right. After hearing from the tech that management doesn't care about the customer, I found that to be totally false. General manager and service managers met with me on my schedule and apologized for the level of service received. They vowed to do what it takes to keep my business. Totally worth coming back. I will update this the next time we have service down.

The phone call was iffy to make an appointment, but I made an appointment. Was quoted a price for an oil change. I arrived a bit early and seen a line of cars and was confused. I went and parked and went inside like I have always done when I get my oil changed anywhere. I was told to get back in my car and wait in the line of cars. I made an early appointment so I could get to work on time. I didn't expect to see 20 or so cars in front of me for the same time. I finally get into the garage check in point and was told to leave my car and go back to the desk I already was at to check in. Why was I not told at the time I made the appointment over the phone to wait in a line of cars to check in? I was then told my amount to pay would be double that what i was quoted over the phone. I left without an oil change. What a waste of my time. I called and asked for a manger who called me back. He then proceeded to belittle me on the phone because I am a woman I am assuming. Like it was my fault that I didn't know I was supposed to wait in a long line cars and my fault for the amount being misquoted?? I will NEVER do business in any form with Toyota of Olympia again. I suggest you go anywhere but here! Horrible customer service and manager doesn't care especially if you are female. I am not stupid nor is this my first time getting my oil changed. Nobody should be treated like this. I now have to scramble to find a place to get my oil changed.

We got a nail in one of the tires on our 1 year old Venza. Our car was loaded for a trip to California and we were on the road. First stopped at a popular tire center who diagnosed that the nail was too close to the sidewall and needed replacement. They wouldn't get the tire for 6 to 8 hours, so we called a few places. Noone has the tire in stock. Then I remembered that Toyota dealers carry tires. Cory answered the phone and confirmed that they had the tire and it was available. We got right over there and they helped us out. Andrew got us checked in and we got back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. The price was right, too. Much less than the tire center. We appreciate their team! This is not our home dealership, but they treated us like we are.

Brandon was SO helpful. I had quotes from many places, from Texas to Washington, and it was such an expensive part and repair. Brandon talked us through our concerns about the expense, and was so accommodating and helpful. We so appreciated his patience with our cost concerns and his ability to find us the best price around. Thanks so much to Toyota of Olympia for your wonderful service on my Prius V! It was the kind of experience that helped so much to just get in, get the job done as timely and smoothly as possible, and get back on the road. Thanks so much!!!

Nice friendly staff. Booked online for oil change, super easy and gives you plenty of time and dates to chose from. Had a good breakfast at the cafe inside (alittle pricey). But nice to have a hot meal while you wait. Nice kids room, and message chairs!

I met the most evil person working there. He tells me it will be 5 to 6 hours to diagnose and it costs 700$ and more 5 hours before closing time just so there would be less ppl on Friday. Just to plug in the diagnostic machine and he tell me it won't be around for another 4 hours because it somewhere else. So so evil I bought the car new thinking Toyota will be helpful just to tell me something. What i got was it will be expensive and long wait for you. I got was an empty coolant in my car that damaged my engine because no one at front service desk is helping when ppl with out appointment and who needs help come driving from far away. Its sad america can be this greedy auto zone and everything can plug in an instrument and check you car for you while getting paid less than ppl at Toyota service. My car is damaged because the diagnostic behind the desk takes too long and it would've told me this and this needs refill. I went to different Toyota and they told me 200$ to diagnose and its 2 hours even though they look busier. Something need to change this Toyota dealership its is sickening God is watching. Making others suffer because they are powerless and unknowing is sick. When someone ask if they can plug in the portable machine to see if they know why the engine sign is ON it takes 2 minutes than explaining to them for 7 minutes how much they will be charged. I am selling of the car and never buying Toyota again. Those dealerships are super evil.

I go to Toyota of Olympia regularly and bought my Prius from them. They always provide excellent service and never try to sell unnecessary “fixes.” They always seem to get the car serviced earlier than they say and quicker. Very polite excellent staff.

I took my car in for oil changing service. I was told by my service representative, Sam that my air filter was replaced because it was older and my alignment was fixed which I paid for yesterday. When driving home last night, my car near the cabin air filter was making a lot of unfamiliar noises. Which were not even there prior to me bringing my 4Runner in for service. I had to remind my sales representative twice to replace my battery for my keyless entry remote as well with the excuse that “sorry we are just busy bro”. I then had to drive all of the way back from DuPont to Tumwater for them to figure out my air filter problem the next day. The next sales representative then said my air filter was not replaced yesterday and then I had to spent another $40 to get it replaced when I was told yesterday that it was. So my cabin air filter was making noise but they didn’t even replace it is beyond confusing. When I called they said “oh it’s not a big deal, bro”. But it is a big deal because I just spent $200 for mediocre service and customer service. I have zero interest in ever bringing my vehicle to Toyota of Olympia with this poor experience.

A bazillion praises to the service team. Michelle Sample has taken such good care of me through a RANDOM issue with my truck. I no longer have the issue and have so much more trust and faith in the support at this Toyota and their team. Thank Michelle for making the car care process way more painless and inconvenient. You are a STAR! (and your team as well)

I received nothing but great service, communication and speedy service from this location. I had an emergency situation late saturday evening. They had the issue figured out and costs given to me by Monday and my car was completed by Tuesday. My advisor was Cory A and he was kind, understanding and easily kept communication with me. This is the place to go for accurate diagnosis amd knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend

I have been coming to this dealership since we moved to this area in 2019 and have consistently been favorably impressed. This time, our visit was in response to a weird “check’ symbol that popped up on the dashboard. This turned out to involve a coolant sensor valve being stuck. Cory, at the dealership, kept me well informed on what was needed, what it would cost, and when I could get my Prius back. He also coordinated things so I could have the car delivered to my home in Lacey. For a one car household, this was a blessing.

The inspecting tech provided a video of observed problems and recommended repairs. Very informative building trust of the work. The work this time was quite extensive on our Highlander with 260k miles. Likely to enable at least 50k more miles. And the costs came under the estimate in a reasonable manner. Grateful to Jacob's attention to details and quick care.
