Let me start by saying the employees here seem to be very nice. But it took me 2 hours and 33 minutes to get one flat changed on my trailer. They only had 10 tires to do before me. That doesn't add up to very good math

I can't say enough good things about the crew at this GCR, I have been to a lot of tire shops in olympia and around the country. This has been my best experience hands down. From cleaning the hub base, cleaning the studs, and torquing down the wheels. Everything you'd expect. But only recive at GCR. Sam has been taking care of us for a while he is always very professional and polite they've now earned all my business. Thank you!

I had a slow leak on my Chevy truck tire. I called and they saw me right away. Will Kytta found and fixed the leak in 15 minutes. I previously had the Chevy dealership look at the tire but they couldn't find the leak. Awesome work and customer service! Highly recommended.

I had a slow leak from a tire I bought from another location and brought it to GCR Tires. My tire had a plug that was leaking, and they fixed it. They checked my other tires and put in the proper amount of air. Awesome place to come get your tire fixed. I highly recommend GCR Tires and Service.

Got a flat tire the next morning after having my tire pressure filled couldn’t make it all the way back to the place that made the issue. Pomps Tire now..... Absolutely great service! I came in and they were able to check my tire immediately. I had never been in there, didnt have an appointment but they got right to it. Luckily they did. I thought it just needed balanced but found out it was more dangerous than that. The left front tire had started to separate. They were able to get me 2 new tires the next day for a better price than anyone in the county. I was surprised at how low the price was. For someone who isn't used to having to deal with automotive issue they made the whole ordeal very positive. I cant say enough about all the guys there. Even tho now its called Pomps Tire. And they have 24hr emergency service. I will definitely be coming back to a great business like this.

This place is excellent. About 9 years ago a Pomp’s in Wisconsin screwed me over pretty bad so I stopped going here when it stopped being GCR. But I was desperate for tires and I bit the bullet and called these guys. The manager is straight up no games good people. Him and his crew took great care of my truck and I’ll be bringing the rest of my fleet here from time to time when we need tires. This pomp’s makes up for any bad one you find down the road

We will definitely use Pomp's instead of Les Schwab in the future! I was going on a trip and had a last minute nail in my tire. Schwab's wasn't open yet so we found these guys and they were fantastic. Got me right in, fixed up the tire and double checked all the other pressures just in case. Thank you, James for taking the extra time to make sure we were safe for our road trip!

Great experience with everyone here. Dropped off my truck with some tires and rims to have them mounted and balanced and swapped with the tires and rims currently installed on the truck. Very expensive service here. For just one tire puncture, they charged me $90. And a brand-new tire in other shops costs $190. In California I repaired punctures everywhere, in Oklahoma it cost me $25, maximum $50. But here they charge $90 just for a simple puncture repair. Very expensive service.
