We had the front bumper on our Toyota. Sienna replaced. Unfortunately, the repair wasn’t done correctly, however, the new owners completely redid the repair at no charge and it looks perfect now. It was good to see them stand behind their work and make it right.

I used this business based off the great reviews but I am very disappointed in the service. To keep it short and simple, my car was crashed into by a Chevy truck which caused extensive damage to the side of my Nissan. Although the at faults party covered all the payment/damages from the accident, the work done by TACC was rushed and NOT thorough. I even had to go back to get pins replaced to keep my gas cap and window seal in place and yet they are STILL falling apart. I have emailed the company twice (included pictures) asking for an update of when I can bring my car in for the SECOND time to have this actually fixed and I am no longer being responded to. So every time I get gas, my cap falls out, the pin falls out or I have to hold both pieces while pumping. When I initially arrived to pick up my car after I was notified it was ready, they didn’t even have the correct tire / rim cap on, I had to ask them why it wasn’t the Nissan cover and why it hadn’t been replaced before I arrived. They couldn’t find the part for a while and once they did it was placed back on. Lastly, my car was worked on while the gas light was blinking because it had been so low on gas; I went back into the office to ask for help, seeing as I didn’t want to get stuck on the side of the road.. Their response is “well you have our number? If you don’t make it, call us and then we will help” instead of just putting $5 in the tank before I arrived to avoid any of this. Thankfully, I ended up making it to a gas station without their “help” Basically, once they receive their payments, they don’t seem to care about you as a customer anymore. I will not recommend this business to anyone. I wish it could have been different.

Buyer beware! Wanted my car damage repaired per insurance estimate with NO out-of-pocket costs. That was not the case here. In addition to insurance money they wanted a blank check from me to repair preexisting damage. There presumption was they can't affix the bumper properly on one side without repairing preexisting damage on other side. That's fine but give me an estimate first ok crooks. I'm sure they provide estimates all day every day they are open. After all, they are a collision shop. Nonetheless, they would not do the repairs because I didn't agree to the out-of-pocket blank check they wanted. I was not leaving my vehicle there without an upfront estimate first. My advice, demand an estimate upfront when they tell you there's additional costs not covered by the insurance estimate. Then the guy had the nerve to say that other collision shops will tell me the same thing. He was correct. Difference is, new place told me in the same breath how much more it would cost. Plus they worked around it and I ended up paying nothing out-of-pocket in the end.

Nick was amazing throughout the entire process! My car was in a hit and run, hit three times from behind. My insurance was being weird about everything, and Nick kept communication lines opened, told me to call and check up on things, which I did a lot, and when my insurance decided two months after the accident that they were going to consider the car totaled, and he wasn’t going to make anything off of the work he had already done, while bummed, was polite and so helpful! I recommend them over and above anyone else out there! They communicate better than anyone else from my auto accident!

They blended the paint in perfectly, no issues with the insurance, and their customer service is top notch. We are very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

TACC is fantastic. They got me in quickly and guided me through the whole process perfectly. All I needed to do was drop my vehicle off. They made sure I had a rental ready to go and let enterprise know when to pick me up. They communicated well with updates and even finished ahead of schedule. They let me know before hand that it would be done early so I didn’t have to rush to pick up. Office staff was quick, efficient, and personable. They had all the paperwork ready to go before I walked in the door. As far as the body work is concerned it looks great. They even repaired several dings and scratches without me asking and they were not in the area of the accident damage. I hope I don’t need any more bodywork in the future but if I do I’ll be bringing my vehicles to TACC.

I can’t say enough good things about this small business and the staff. Heather answers the phone quick and is so helpful. I had body damage that needed repaired from someone hitting me. Their insurance was State Farm and TACC is one of their preferred choices. I heard a few good things already and I’m so glad I chose them for getting this done. The same day I called (only to inquire) they had availability to do the estimate but they weren’t pushy at all. Heather worked directly with State Farm and set up my rental car so I didn’t have to do a thing. They were flexible, accommodating, accurate with their estimate, knowledgeable, generous, and kept me updated. The whole process was a breeze and done in like 2-3 weeks! Oh and my car looks good too. lol TACC staff went above and beyond for me and were great to work with.

I really appreciated the amazing service from TACC! Chris and Heather and everyone else were so nice and helpful! I was in a car accident and working with my insurance to get it to a place. My agent called around to a few places that all had wait times of a few weeks! But then we called TACC and they could take me the very next day. Since it happened to be a Friday, we decided to wait until the next Monday. They were fine with that. I got there Monday morning, Heather called car rental company to send someone over to pick me up. And then Chris and I took a look at my car. Then I left with the rental car company. TACC sent me regular updates via text as I preferred. They had a website tool that had estimate amount and end date information. That was really helpful. Then when it was done, I came to get my car and I paid just my deductible. They said I could leave the rental car there. So I did. I called the rental car company after I got home and they said TACC already called them! The car accident was no fun. But TACC made the whole experience afterwards really easy and awesome. And my car looks amazing! Thank you!

I got into a pretty severe accident in February 2022, and I was out of a car for 5 months. July 1st I received a call from the new manager, Nick, who was VERY genuine and extremely understanding of my situation. there was some troubles that day and I was scheduled for pickup at 430. He saved me a 2 hour drive by keeping me updated on the situation throughout the day. He offered me his personal cell AND stayed an hour and a half after closing to allow me to get my car. Nick is AMAZING. He’s working hard to get things done and he made sure I was good to go. He did not let me down, Nick, you’re a rockstar! Keep up the good work.
