Initial service was alright. Installed alternator (new) went bad in eight months, told me there was no warranty on the part. Had more time to DIY, replaced it on my own. Looked up the make of the part I pulled out, learned it had at least a one year warranty even if remanned. Reasons why people worry about going to mechanics. That was over two years ago. Alternator I pulled from the Pull-a-part has lasted this long.

My car was swaying while driving at speeds over 50mph and pulling to the right side. And the tires had a wobble to them. I had an idea of what the problem was and ordered new lower control arms and they installed them and did a FANTASTIC JOB.

Excellent experience at O'Neal's Car Care. Vince (the owner) worked with me over the phone since I don't live in the Baton Rouge area. My son attends LSU and depends on his vehicle for work and school. When his vehicle broke down earlier this week, I searched the internet for an honest repair shop and luckily I found O'Neal's and the great reviews about this shop. I know it is the internet but you can believe the reviews about O'Neal's. I highly recommend Vince and O'Neal's 100%. Honest, courteous and fast service.

This is my first time experiencing the customer service at this company, but first impressions really count, and this was a very bad first impression. I called to ask for a quote on a repair, and I don't know a whole lot about cars. The man who answered today had an okay tone, but he just made me feel stupid because I didn't know certain answers to his questions. The other car place I called didn't need the answers to those questions to give me a price. He also said he would need to call back to give me a price and never called back. It's just not high quality service to make a customer feel that way and delay so long in getting back to them about a price. This one experience can lose a customer for life.

Terrible company that does not back their product. Last week on Wednesday, my husband and I took our car to them to get a patch because we had a nail in the tire. When we arrived, they weren't very friendly at all and come to find out from them they couldn't patch it. It needed to be replaced with a whole different tire. Now before I get back to O'Neal Car Care I should mention today, which is Tuesday 6/21/22, another nail ended up in the tire I got replaced at O'Neal car Care. Took it somewhere else WHERE THEY NOT ONLY FIXED THE ISSUE with a patch, I was not charged. Now back to O'Neal Car Care. They said they couldn't patch the tire so we had to get a new one that cost $188. Not only that they had to get the tire from somewhere else. We came around 7:30a in the morning and didn't get the tire replaced until after 2pm. AND it hasn't even been a week that the tire did not last because as I mentioned another nail ended up in it which I got the patch job elsewhere as said above. Before I took it somewhere else my husband called O'Neal car Care center. Not only would they not do anything about their own product, there's no insurance on the new tire we got so my husband and I paid $188 for basically nothing especially when the so called new tire didn't even hold up for a week. Talk about not helpful at all.
