I had an exceptional experience with this shop when I was solely interacting with the mechanics. However, everything changed when I started dealing with the woman at the front desk. I was in need of a new engine, and my vehicle was at the shop for nearly a month—something I was prepared for. Unfortunately, the engine I purchased turned out to have no compression in one cylinder. Thankfully, I had a warranty, and all I needed was proof that the engine was defective to secure a replacement.
To my dismay, the lady upfront informed me that they would not be conducting any tests and insisted on having another engine immediately, despite the fact that I had already put down approximately $2,000 in deposits. Concerned about the delay, I drove to the shop to see what was causing the holdup. To my surprise, the engine still bore its original tag and remained on the same pallet it had arrived on.
Even more disheartening was her attempt to charge me additional labor costs, despite the fact that my new engine hadn’t even been installed yet. This experience is truly frustrating because it’s not the money that’s the issue; it’s the lack of honesty and transparency. If this continues, they risk losing a lot of business, as I value integrity far more than the dollars involved. As a former employee for the automotive industry, one has to understand that you’re the product as well.. not just car parts.

This place was recommended to me and my initial conversation with the lady in the office was pleasant. I was told one thing initially and then when it was all said and done it was something else. She was not trustworthy in the end. I was overcharged. She was caught in many lies. Therefore, I recommend that you get everything in writing and also record everything she says because she will change it to charge more!

I took my car there and they charged me $345 for a heater hose and when I went to go get the car the coolant was low .. I took my car to another shop and they showed me where they patched the hose to where it was leaking and I had to pay to get it fixed !!! So please don’t bring your car there because they charge you for parts that they don’t change.
