Excellent service and very reasonable prices! I had an issue with a 2006 Mercedes C230 — check engine light on and battery wouldn’t hold a charge. Diagnostic ($55 — much cheaper than $100+ quoted at other shops) revealed a bunch of error codes. But Calvin suspected everything might be related to the battery issue and the weak electrical input confusing the system. So instead of addressing anything else he recommended starting by replacing the battery only. Got it ordered and repaired same day for $250 (parts and labor), and because I proceeded with the work he waived the diagnostic fee! Replacing the battery fixed everything and the check engine light is now off with the car running perfectly! In addition, they added some air to my tires and refilled the wiper fluid free of charge. An amazing experience, can’t recommend this shop more highly!!!

Super nice people. Fast, affordable oil change. They also fixed a weird rattle that was happening on our engine due to a broken piece we didn’t know about. They checked our brakes and tire air without us asking (and let us know they were all good for a while still). Definitely now our go-to auto shop.

The shop that handled all my tire needs closed. I needed an old tire removed from the rim and a new tire installed. This is one of the only things I have to pay a shop to do. I can do most of the engine work myself. I do have to pay for machine shop work like surfacing a head. I do all the brake work myself and all the a/c work myself. But I can't brake the bead of the tire like the shops. I prefer to pay to have the shops break the bead. I called P & N Auto Repair and was quoted $40 for the work. I drove there one Saturday morning around 7 am. I knew they opened at 8 am so I waited. I rolled down the window and was immediately met with the distinct, unpleasant smell of urine. I had to roll the window up. At 8 am the shop was still closed. No one showed up. At 8:05 the shop was still closed. I decided to wait another 5 minutes and was about to leave when an older Asian man appeared. He unlocked the door and after 5 minutes or so he began to roll up the metal door. I told him I needed a tire changed and he replied that it was $40 per tire. I told him I only had one. A younger Asian man showed up. I got the new tire out of the trunk and placed it on a stack of tires inside the shop. I got the old tire and rolled it inside. The younger Asian man started removing the old tire. He removed the tire from the rim and I handed him a brand new tire pressure sensor. Now when I replace an old stem I simply push it out of the hole on the rim with the tip of a flat screwdriver. I might add a little soapy water first. I then pull the new stem through the hole. I was surprised when I saw the tech use a ratchet to unscrew something. I looked at the sensor I provided and realized that he unscrewed the old sensor and screwed the new sensor onto the old stem. The new sensors come with a new stem. I have always installed the new sensors with the new stem. I questioned him about unscrewing the old sensor and screwing the new one onto the old stem. He replied that they always do it that way. I told him he should have pushed the old stem out and push the new stem with sensor in. There was a third tech there and I told him the same thing. I got the same response. I am dissatisfied with the work P-N did that day and I won't go back. I will find another shop to perform my needed tire work.

New customers beware. Unless you’re an established customer don’t waste your time coming here. Staff and owner was very rude and unprofessional. Walked into the shop when they opened and they greeted me with “what do you want”. I asked if this was the mechanic shop and that I needed some service done on one of my cars in my fleet. They treated me like I was trespassing. Their shop was empty and staff was sitting around. I could’ve been a steady customer as my fleet needs constant maintenance and services. Their loss!!

I came here for 15 years called Nam and we plan it for Friday. I got there, and he didn't care to even talk to me. Very strange way to run a busness. I'm never coming here again. He's job is good if he want's work with you only.. I don't have time for shit like that..

This place should absolutely be your last option, I came in to get my tire fixed and it took them over 3 hours !!! No communication, no updates, and no customers inside. The mechanic left to get a tire and took the whole day to get, interfering with my day. Inconsiderate people working an easy job who can not perform to the Standard is an establishment that should not have ANY customers and deserves the absolute worst, for their absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Don’t go here, trust me, I’m saving you time and a headache

My car engine tends to make some noise and doesn’t seem to get enough power when I drive over 60MPH. One time when I was driving at the highway, the engine didn’t pick up at all no matter how much I pressed on the gas pedal and stayed at 45MPH with some noise. I then took it to P&N to have the problem checked. The owner went through some brief inspection and decided that there was no major problem detected. He also patiently explained to me what could be the possible reasons. I also requested to have my license plate installed on my bumper. He did that for me without charging me a penny (even after I offered to pay). Thank you mister! I’m rating 5 stars for your honesty, kindness, and patience! Will definitely return if I ever need auto repair in the future!

I have to come here because I rent a car through a company called Sally. The head mechanic doesn’t like me simply off one bad encounter we had. Every time I have to come here to get service he looks at me like I came here to bother him when there’s a contract between his shop and the rental company. Today I showed up for a tire and upon seeing me he rolled his eyes and walked away (Nam the owner). He blames me for acting wrong when he has absolutely negative customer service skills. He’s currently smoking a cigarette because he’s so stressed out from having to help me out. There’s a lot of other shops that will help you with out causing an argument every time. Do not come here!
