I have been very impressed with the level of customer service that Paces provides. A recent example is an issue I have had with our battery that has been intermittent. The service crew took the time to analyze my problem over multiple visits in the end they guaranteed their warranty and I was given a new battery. Very happy with the service at Paces.

It took Pace only 2 days to find what was wrong with my vehicle. When the dealership couldn’t after having the vehicle 4 times. Pace treated me with respect and I’m a woman. Pace was in constant communication with me. Although, Pace is more expensive they are very good. I’d recommend them to family.

The staff, including Jose, who personally helped me through the process of getting some repairs done for our older car, were amazing, all around. Jose was great at keeping consistent communication about what repairs were needed, advice on what to work on now, or later, and did all the work that was needed in a very short timeline. Having a friendly, customer-committed, and local autoshop to bring our vehicles to is fantastic. I can't say enough great things about Jose and his team - and we will be planning on bringing more of our auto needs for sure to Pace.

Pace Automotive has been my go-to for gas for years! I love that they’re locally owned and operated, and their staff goes above and beyond. Just yesterday I needed a tire repair, and they went out of their way to get me fixed up and out the door. And Jose the manager is the BEST!!! I brought a vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. I was so grateful that they could get me in the same day. Jose offered two inspection options and helped me determine which was better for my needs (the less expensive one). The inspection was timely and while I waited I had a great chat with Jose (the manager) about parenting, college and cars! He was a joy to chat with. Both Jose and their mechanic Andrew were extremely helpful with explaining the findings, providing a quote for services recommended, and making me feel very comfortable with moving ahead with the purchase of this vehicle. They were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. Even though I live 35 minutes away, I will bring this vehicle back to them for future services! Highly recommend!

I have never had anything less than excellent service with Pace's. They're quick to respond and will call and communicate with you. I switched to them a few years ago because they offered more services than my other mechanic and I've never regretted it. First time customer, and I am VERY impressed!! Jose and his team were fantastic. They were able to solve and resolve why my check engine light/ABS light/ESP lights were all going on intermittently, and today for the first time in 2 YEARS I could drive my car and not have to worry and wonder what was going wrong!!! I had the worst situation car emergency. AAA told me 3 hours. I saw this place that was close and took a risk to move the car with help (from another amazing Minnesotan). Even though they were crazy busy, they were amazing and I was able to get help and drive out right away. Best Auto place I've ever been to. I strongly recommend them! This is a place out of my normal way... but I'll be bringing my business to them from now on!

This past summer before a camping trip, i remembered I hadn’t had my wheel bearings checked on my camper in over a year. Right as the shop opened I pulled in, the employee working was so incredible! He checked my wheel bearings and removed some excess grease that apparently was overflowing and made sure I was safe to be on my way. However, then he went above and beyond, checked the tires of my camper and said they were too low, so he was so sweet and just filled them up for me. All of this he did without charge all of this took a matter of minutes and all of this was just what I needed to feel comfortable and safe driving 4 hours away from home all alone. I have and will keep referring friends to Pace.
