I happen to be in West St. Paul and I had an urgent need to get my car into a shop. I went to Bobby and Steve’s Auto World and they took care of everything. They even helped me get the car rental started. They were very thorough and communicated great. If you’re in the need of an auto repair, I would highly recommend this auto shop.

I had my van towed there after State Farm sent their towing company to get me to take me to my usual mechanic. The tow truck driver said it'd be $150 so I left it there. Well that $150 turned out to be closer to $450 & they refused to pick me up less than a mile away when it was ready even though tow truck driver said they would so I walked there. Convenience store cashier charged me. I asked to speak to whoever fixed it to know what exactly was done because I expected that but she said they don't come out & bill was self-explanatory. Well less than a year later my "new" fuel pump went out & my usual mechanic said there was no way it had been replaced actually ever so guess Bobby & Steve's took me for a ride both metaphorically & literally. Shame on them but you know what God sees all so I just pray more ppl don't get taken advantage of. This was 2 years ago last month but still happened & was wrong.

I went in today to have brake pads and rotors replaced. The customer service was excellent and they actually replaced two filters on the house! Matt was great and explained everything in full detail. Also, the free car wash was a plus! I’ll definitely trust this location with my vehicle in the future! Blessings and prosperity to all involved!

Such a great business. Came in last minute to get my tire patched and I was able to get in and out within an hour and paid basically nothing compared to anywhere else I called. Really friendly staff and would come back with no hesitation. UPDATE: came back to get a new alternator, lowest price with amazing work AGAIN. Highly recommend Bobby and Steve’s

BEWARE! Everytime I've been in for an oil change, they've tried to convince me I need several other things done. On Monday, I went in for an oil change. First, I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour (it took over an hour and a half) and second, I was handed a laundry list of strongly advised service itens. One of these was to replace my front struts and re-align the wheels. I was told its strongly recommended as part of standard maintenance at 70,000 miles. Estimated cost: more than $1700 dollars. After leaving, I called the Toyota dealership auto repairs since I have a Prius. The service tech I talked to literally laughed when I told him what they said. He said no its not recommended as standard maintenance, you replace the struts if they are not working. In other words, they tried to convince me it was urgent I spend almost $2,000 on something my car's manufacturer said is not correct. I'd call that deceptive sales practices and will not be back!

I love Bobby & Steve’s in West St Paul! They’ve successfully patched my tires on TWO separate cars in 1.5 years with screws and nails that I’ve driven over! They’re always so nice to me and not condescending and I trust their expertise! And their pricing is SO fair! Was given an estimate of 600.00 , then was called and told it would be 1600.00 , I said absolutely not then called back and said they got it down to 853.00 I agreed, job was done. Went in paid for my car, got home and seen damage to my rear drivers side quarter panel called there and they said they’d check cameras, and sure enough it was damaged there and yet to have a adjuster call me!! Never again!! Do not recommend!!

Brand new station, clean, great restrooms, excellent staff. Hot food is a little bit of an issue mainly have microwavable and roller grill items. I miss my fried chicken and my burgers. I have not spoken with their mechanics or their lube tecs but I'd imagine they'd have the best in the business. I'll drink a Coca-Cola for you Bobby Williams thank you! West Saint Paul needed a Bobby and Steve's Mobile station here.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The manager, Olivia, was incredibly unprofessional. Yesterday, I spoke to one of the receptionists, explained the service I needed, and scheduled an appointment for the next day. When I returned, I explained the same service again to Olivia. Despite that, they performed a different service. Olivia responded with rude questions and dismissive answers. Now they're charging me more than what I was originally quoted—for a service I didn’t ask for, even after explaining it twice. I was starting to think this could be a reliable place for tire services, but I won’t be coming back because of Olivia’s attitude.

Jared was so helpful on a bad day AND flat tire situation. I came after a long day of work desperate to get a new tire(riding in a donut) and he was swift, kind, to the point, and made this most unpleasant day so much easier. I was given options for pricing and timing of the repair. As a woman, any car situation feels like a challenge and a pony show, and always feeling taken advantage of for services not needed. Jared made me feel very comfortable in my choice was very respectful, and caring- hearing my concerns about cost and just my day. Thanks for the extra care!
