I had a blowout on my tire on a Sunday and I called my car's dealership the following Monday to see if they could assist with fixing it. But they couldn't. So I called Palmdale Wheels & Tires after and I spoke to the lovely saleswoman who was extremely helpful! She was able to find my tire at less than the price I had found when I researched around. I came to the shop on Tuesday and was out in about 30 minutes. I'm very pleased witht the service I received and definitely will be coming back for any future tire services. My wife and I purchased a new vehicle in late 2022. New = expensive maintenance. Everything is $500 when you take it back to the dealer - synonym for mixed bag of mediocre service and higher priced parts. The loaner vehicle can be a nice convenience, but I felt you pay for it in the end anyway. Recently, we had to change the brakes and it was easily going to be a $700-800 job at the dealer. We decided to give Jerry and Krissy at Palmdale Wheels a try. Aside from providing great service, the pricing was fair. They topped off the liquids and gave an overall inspection to make sure everything else was in good order. The recent rains and bad weather had the tires looking in bad shape. They even took the time to wipe down the rims and give a little shine. I highly recommend them and will be back for future service needs.

I WAS satisfied. POOR BUSINESS BOOK KEEPING. Purchased a full set of tires and rims from them a little over a year ago. Got my brakes replaced by another business but noticed they didn't put my cap on right and it popped off while driving. I went back to Palm Wheels and Tires for replacement. Gave them my info and they looked up what i purchased and one of the gentleman verified my rim details and said they would call me when they get it. They never did. Now I need two new tires because they are bald and showing the treads. I called but the lady said they do not make that particular model. I said that's fine. Just do you have the size. She said yes and quoted me a price. I said that's fine. Then I asked if she could pull up my purchase to check the miles for possible warranty. She said could but it would take some time because the accountant may or may not be on vacation. I said you don't keep copies of the receipts? And she said only the account has it and would have to find it. They retrieved my purchase information when I needed to replace the caps but now they can't retrieve my information to check the warranty miles for the tires. What business that sells a product or an auto service doesn't have immediate access to a customer's purchase? They just don't want to do what's right so they give you the "accountant only" excuse to avoid accountability.

Customer service is non existent here. Waited an hour when was specifically told it would be 30-40 mins to start on my vehicle. Wouldn't mind waiting but it took an hour. When asking how much longer it would be, front desk clerk gave attitude as if it's my fault she told me an incorrect time. Did not appreciate the attitude when asking a simple question. The older gentleman doing the actual work was apologetic and worked on not taking forever. He is appreciated. The lady should do better in responding to people when she is the one giving out information that I went off of. Would go back if I only dealt with the man.

I thought I was going to have a good experience choosing these guys for my tire replacement but I guess I’m wrong first off let me start by saying they’re over priced and then on top of that the service is slow I made a bad decision coming here $60 down the drain.
