DO NOT USE PARKER RESTORATION BAD WORK! Took my son’s 2015 Lexus F Sport IS250 for a couple rock chips on hood! Drove an hour to get there with husband following to pick me up! Hour home! Drove an hour back to pick up car, hour back home! Next day son comes back home to get his car notice they scuffed his headlight with sander paint drips on fender, big scuff on hood and didn’t paint edge of hood! Hour back over to drop car off hour home! Hour back there and then hour home! Now where they marked on car for rock chips! They clear coated the word SCUFF ON HIS HOOD! Also was told they would refund the discount that we were supposed to give up front! Now Jeff or Josiah won’t take calls or return our calls! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE! So his car has the word scuff on the hood with clear coat😡

My name is Dolly Rickerman and I wish I could give them -5 stars. This business, which is in business with Parker Lexus, even though they deny it...verbally abused my 80 year old daddy, Larry Miller, at the business and over the phone over a difference of $285.79 for a repair bill. My mother paid the bill in full at the time we picked up the car on October 3, 2017...Parker Restoration cashed their check, then decided they wanted more money. They continue, to this day, to harass my parents for this difference. My parents have bought 5 vehicles at Parker Lexus...you would think that good customer like that would warrant better treatment. The shop manager at Parker Restoration had my daddy backed up against the car door...They will NEVER buy another another Lexus from Parker Lexus or take any vehicles to Parker Restoration EVER AGAIN since they seem to have no problem hiring abusive bullies for their staff. If you're smart, don't take your car to Parker Restoration...they're crooks.

Took way too long to fix and it wasn’t even repaired properly. Also, overspray everywhere on my back glass that I can’t get off. Lastly, a problem occurred with their work and they wouldn’t fix it because it was past 12 months or 1200 miles. Shabby guarantee policy! Several places right around the corner that have done a much better job.

I left my car for repair of cosmetic damage from a tornado. They disassembled the car, then two weeks later tried to get my insurance to pay for unrelated damage. when the insurance rightfully said no, they held my car hostage until I paid them $1100.00 to put it back together. They took 9 weeks to get me my car back. There was no reason to disassemble the car to "discover " the extra damage. They did it to hold the car. Only when I said I was sending a tow truck to get it did they say they would put it back together. They actually charged storage for holding my car hostage. the dealership wouldn't return calls after the learned why I was calling. RUN like the wind from these guys

(Short story they lost the insurance check I had given them the day I dropped off my car for repairs and then accused me of not giving to them at all. So they would not let me pick up my car the first time I came to get it when they called and said it was ready.) I then gave them a bad google review. Went to pick up my car today again, paid my deductible and Steven Boyd then asked if I would remove the nasty review I had written on google. I of course said no. He then went on to say it wasn't true because they didn't receive the check from me. ( and replied they couldn't accept that check anyway because it was made out to Lexus and myself) yet they had not received it? I was not going down this road again with him. So I asked him to review the cameras they have to see that I did indeed give them the check and the blonde girl at the front desk had me sign it and then she kept it. He of course said he doesn't have access to the cameras. I said I will find someone that does. When I dropped off my car I had also asked him to repair a scratch on my rear hatch and I would pay for that out of my own pocket. He said he would take care of it. He already had quoted the repairs for me because I had brought it in a month prior. When I did drop my car off to get the repair that insurance was paying for I asked again to make sure the back hatch was done. I even called back the day after I dropped it off and talked to the girl at the front desk to make sure they didn't forget the repair while they had my car. She replied she would make sure to let Steven know. Well of course it was not completed. She is not reliable that is for sure. So if you drop an insurance check or want repairs done of any kind please get it in writing and copies of any check. They will not believe anything you say because they will not take responsibility for they own mistakes and don't care if your not a happy customer when you leave. Never again would I ever use this restoration shop.

Five stars and two big thumbs up to this shop!! They are amazing to work with and stand by their work 110%!! Any issues or questions I have were resolved and answered very professionally and respectfully! I had an issue several months after repairs and they got me in and the problem fixed THE VERY NEXT DAY!! Erin at the front is so polite and the manager man (I don’t recall his name) guarantees the work his shop does!! I will recommend this shop to everyone I know that needs body and paint work done!

Took my car in after my wife had a little mishap. The estimator wasn't particularly friendly or cordial and the estimate seemed crazy high. After getting a competitive bid, I called Parker back to get a second, more limited estimate. The man I had spoken with was unavailable and I told the receptionist I wanted a more limited estimate. She told me they would be happy to help and that the estimator would get back to me. They never returned my phone call. Not sure how you stay in business without returning customers' phone messages, but I found another collision center to work with.

While I would have preferred to provide a five-star review, I regrettably find myself unable to do so due to the inadequate customer service I experienced. I am assigning my experience a rating of two stars for the following reasons: 1. The repair shop retained my vehicle for an extended period of three months, surpassing the projected 2-week timeframe. My vehicle was involved in a minor collision (fender bender) with another car on 12/29, and I was informed that repairs would commence on Jan13th. During this period, my vehicle was parked in the designated lot as instructed by the restoration shop. However, when I did not receive any updates on the 13th, I initiated a phone inquiry. The representative I spoke with was under the incorrect assumption that I needed to bring in my car, unaware that they already possessed it. She stated with a poor attitude, “We are waiting on you to bring the car.” When I informed her that they had my car, she indicated that she needed to call me back to investigate this matter further. 2. After multiple prolonged delays, I attempted to engage with a supervisor but did not receive timely callbacks. My insurance representative encountered the same challenges. There were numerous instances where I called alongside my insurance representative on a conference call, yet we did not receive a return call. Days passed without any callback. There were instances when two weeks (at various times) elapsed without any action taken on my vehicle. The restoration shop staff consistently communicated, “We are waiting for your insurance company's response.” However, as I reiterated, I would call back with my insurance representative, and no one would be available to take the call. When I finally spoke with Steve and asked him to contact my insurance company using the number provided, he attempted to argue with me regarding processes when all I requested was for him to place a call to the insurance company to facilitate the repair of my car. After he finally agreed to place the call, the issue was resolved. 3. Throughout each conversation in which I sought updates regarding the status of my vehicle, I was met with defensiveness and a condescending attitude, which often came across as discourteous. I felt undervalued as a customer, and it appeared that my vehicle was not regarded as a priority. 4. Due to the extended duration in which the shop retained my vehicle, I exhausted the 55 days of rental coverage provided by my insurance company and was consequently tasked with managing my family’s complex schedule using only one vehicle. Steve from the shop attributed the delays to my insurance company. I have been with this particular insurance company for over 20 years, and they have consistently provided excellent customer service and responded promptly to my inquiries. 5. Ultimately, when I reached my limit regarding the delayed repairs and inadequate customer service, I requested the owner’s phone number. The owner did return my call and left a message; however, I missed it. When I called back, I spoke with a manager from Parker’s Sales department. I informed him of the issues I had encountered. He acknowledged that the communication could have been handled more effectively and arranged for me to secure a loaner vehicle until my car was ready. This was helpful for the weekend and alleviated some of the stress I faced. This is primarily the reason I assign any stars to the service provided. Upon receiving my car back in mid-March, the vehicle was still not completely finished, and I had to return for an additional component to be placed on the fender. Selecting this automobile restoration shop for my repairs complicated matters. If presented with the opportunity to make this decision again, I would prioritize a more thorough review of customer testimonials and select an auto shop that is highly endorsed by my insurance provider. Conversely, Parker’s Sales and Service department has consistently delivered exemplary customer service. Nonetheless, I would refrain from recommending Parker’s Auto Restoration.

Parker Restoration had to completely restore the exterior passenger side of our 2022 Lexus NX 350h after being sideswiped by a Ram Truck with expired paper tags and did a wonderful job. They exceeded our expectations. They kept us informed throughout the whole process.
