I had my front windshield replaced for a Chevy Spark a few weeks ago and have no complaints. Communication was mainly via text for me, so I was a bit hesitant at first, but they are a small mobile company with limited personnel so I appreciate the assistant multitasking with my request. All in all, after comparing prices near the area, Ricardo Auto Glass was the most affordable with reasonable pricing for my vehicle, great communication letting me know they were on their way, speedy quick installation, payment and receipt given via phone went smoothly, and I have had no issues with my windshield. ¡Y también hablan español!

Was scheduled to have my back glass replaced last Friday. Every day I have been put off and asked to reschedule for the next day then no communication at all. It has been a whole week. It is Friday again and this weekend it is supposed to be raining all weekend. Not sure what the problem is but I had asked on Monday if I needed to find someone else and was told yall were still going to do it. We have used yall a couple of times so we were returning customers.
