Not only I was able to get my scratched Tesla renewed at mint condition, during the wheel alignment, technician was detailed enough to find out the rear right tire was missing the camber arm nut for the bolt. Pasadena Collision Center is an amazing place to get any sort of work needed on your car. My sister recommended the shop to me and they were able to fix deep dents in my Range Rover Sport. I knew they were reputable because they are certified by many manufacturers. Wonderful and efficient service. Took only a few days to sort everything out. I was updated along the way by their office. Couldn’t recommend a better body shop in the greater LA area!

Definite 5 Stars. I’d give them 10 if I could. From the beginning when I brought the car in for the estimate and till the very end when I picked up my car, I was thoroughly impressed with the superb service. Lana took care of everything for me. Jennifer as well. They took care of all the insurance paperwork and made all the contact. I was amazed and really happy when they were able to accommodate me with a quick turnaround on the repair; knowing how tough my schedule is with patient care and how my days off and opportunity to pick up the car was a challenge. If you need to use a body shop, Pasadena Collision Center should be the top of your list of locations to consider. Everyone, from Jennifer in the office to Rene, who handled my insurance claim to Ron, the point person for the repair was amazing. The staff was very hospitable, especially Jennifer, who had to put up with my numerous phone calls to set up the estimate appointment, as well as the repair once approved by insurance. Best of all? I was given a 2-1/2 week time frame as they work M-F. I picked up my car a week later since they were able to finish the work early. The only bad part is that the rear bumper work that they did looks so great that it makes the rest of my car look horrible!
