Finally fixed an issue that I was fighting with for a year. Took it to 2 other shops with no luck, including my Nissan dealership. Paul’s identified the issue and had me up and running. The price was fantastic as well. I’ve been looking for a new shop for all my vehicles and think I’ve found one.

So far the car is running great! Who ever drove. My car had grease all over the bottom of his shoes . I had to wash it off after the service. Just a piece of paper on the floor and that would never happen. Thank you!

After I replace my entire front end on my 1988 Chevy, which I’m rebuilding, took it to Paul’s to have it aligned. When arriving figured it would be a simple alignment, but as things would have it, it was not. Bill and his team went to work and finally figured out the problem. The company I order the parts from shipped me the wrong pitman arm. Now my trucks front end and steering works as good as the day it rolled off the showroom floor. Thanks so much Bill and team!!!!

These guys appear to be nice and trying to solve the problem, but in Essence they create more problems for my car. I don’t think they are trustworthy and will NEVER BRING MY CAR THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

My wife was driving her Volvo and the check engine light came on, our regular auto service/ repair shop was unable to service her car for a week. After several phone calls, I spoke with Jamie with Paul's Car Care Center, he said he would be able to run diagnostics the next day which was a Friday and depending what they found, if parts were needed, their availability would determine the lead time of the car being repaired. They sent me a detailed repair report and said that the parts delivery date would be Monday as the driver was booked out for the rest of that Friday. I approved the repairs, several hours later they called and said the car was ready, they had called the parts supplier and found out that the parts were in stock at the parts store so they sent someone from their shop to get the parts rather than waiting until Monday for the parts to be delivered. Amazing! That was the best customer service ever! They will now be our car service/ repair shop! Thank you Jamie!

This was my go to shop for auto services when it was Tupperware. Now not so much. Took over two hours for a standard oil change which was by appointment. Ended up walking out before having it completed. David was very nice and considerate but the manager is a big unconcerned A/H. They have lost a longtime customer.

My handicap daughters specialized van was intermittently starting. The van was driven to Paul's Car Care Center and they advised to have a diagnostic done. Between test driving and the diagnostics in other test they could not locate a problem. Despite the fact there is a charge for the diagnostics they were gracious enough to waive the charge because they could not find an issue to fix but are standing by if the issue returns. You do not always find car care establishments that have integrity but this one gets five stars because they do.

Great job by the team @ Paul's. Took my 2015 Ram 1500 in for rear brakes, and job was completed in 1/2 day. Changed rear rotors and pads. Excellent team to work with!

John Tupper is rolling over in his grave! Stay clear of this shade tree garage!! Everyone knows that a mechanic's job is to charge for and find more problems than what is actually wrong with a vehicle. This place told my Elder cousin, it would cost $3000 to repair an oil leak. They told him, he would need new valve cover gaskets, rear main seal, and a new oil pan gasket. He paid them what they charged him just to look at the car. He took it to another mechanic in Summerville. $160 later and a new oil cooler o-ring. You guys need to step up your image! I've heard too many stories.

Drop my car off cause my car would start sometime and wouldn’t start. I had a feeling it was either the starter or a fuel pump or a brake line. Paul called me the next day and then a diagnostics and figure out that it was the starter they replaced my starter and did a oil change and give me a great discount. Service was great. Customer service was great. Price was good. Highly recommended.

Hello, my name is Scott and I am a very seasoned retired veteran in the Automobile Business for just over 40 years. I have held every position from Sales Representative, to General Manager, when I retired, so I know the business extremely well. Unfortunately, far to many people are very quick to find fault with Auto Dealerships, as well as independently owned Repair Centers, and in many cases they fail to tell the entire story. A few months ago, my Son, Daughter in Law, and our 6 year old Grandson, relocated to Summersville SC, from upstate New York. Unfortunately, after being there for only a couple of months, they were faced with a significant problem with their 2016 Dodge Durango. As it turned out, the vehicle stopped running and would not restart, very close to Pauls Car Care Center, which my Son ultimately walked to and met Brian, who is the Service Manager, and it was absolutely meant to be. Prior to going to Paul's, he was making phone calls to Dodge Dealerships, as well as other shops, at which point I looked up Pauls, and saw that for the most part, the shop had great reviews, so I told him to go there, and I am extremely happy that they did, and that was when he met Brian. So, fast forward, having moved from NY, new to the area, with a Vehicle Service Contract from out of State, other Repair Facilities, said that they would not work with the Warranty Company, but Brian did. Fast forward, Brian had his Technicians diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be that the two fuel pumps in the Vehicle, had both ultimately failed, which was obviously very costly. So, the Durango was there for a couple of days, awaiting the arrival of the Fuel Pumps, and as soon as they arrived, the vehicle was repaired in a very timely manner. At the risk of being redundant, I am a retired General Manager in the Automobile Business of over 40 years, from a Dealership that maintained a constant 5 Star Rating, year after year, so I do not take making recommendations of other Dealerships or Repair Facilities lightly. I am very happy to rate Paul's Car Care Center, and Brian, with 5 Stars. If you are having and vehicle problems, or just need routine maintainence, go see Brian, and you'll be glad you did.
