Honest and very reasonably priced. Professional quality work. My go to auto repair place for all of my family's cars. I've saved many hundreds of dollars by using this place. You can trust that they won't charge you for repairs that you don't need, and not over charge you for those that you do. Highly recommended!

Best repair shop in town. Have been going here for years and wouldn't go elsewhere. My parents have been going here for probably 20+ years. Therefore I go as well. I am never over charged and they are always super fairly priced and honest about my options. I recommend them to everyone and will continue to do so. A+

I took my '04 350z to Automotive Solutions today for a manifold gasket leak repair and oil change. Joe Sr. gave me the total price and told me it may take a while, a couple of hours to complete the job as his son Joe Jr had already started to get to work on it straight away. I was willing to wait in the lobby area as they work on my car but Joe Sr offered to take me back to my home in his truck so that I can get other things done instead of just sitting around. I accepted his offer and he drove me back to my home which was about a 5-10 min drive. He even offered to pick me back up after the repair was done! Awesome! Im always super impressed with the customer service mentality this business extend to their customers as well as the fantastic service they perform on my car. I use to take my Z to Hudson Nissan for services, but not anymore since the last past 2 yrs. I'm always pleased with the results, the quick repairs, the attention to detail and honest communication both Joe's offer as well as the fair pricing. Definitely the best in the business, hands down! I swear I'll never trust taking my Z for services to anybody else except Automotive Solutions! Great job guys as always! You're always taking care of me and the BLACKHAMMER!. Thank you. You've got a customer for life!

I’ve had work done on my car twice at Automotive Solutions and let me tell you they are awesome! They are family owned, father and son. I appreciate that they didn’t try to get over on me just because I’m a woman because I’ve had that problem at other shops. Their prices are fair. They get the work done in a timely manner and I appreciate that they keep you in the loop about what’s going on with your car.

We have used these guys many times. They are honest, thorough, fast. They address what issues WE have before they begin suggesting any other fixes. When they do make suggestions they tell you why and how it will be fixed and how much and they don’t try to talk you into something you don’t need. We’ve brought all three of our cars in for work and we’ve never felt cheated or as if the work wasn’t done properly. They are also fast at addressing what is wrong. We brought our car in this morning and within maybe 30 minutes we got a call back. We highly recommend them.

The absolute best place to take your car to if it needs any sort of work done to it. They are so honest and their prices are very fair. The mechanic is extremely knowledgeable, and more than that, they know what they are doing. I couldn't ask for better people or a better place to take my car to when something goes wrong (because let's face it, life happens). They have always been honest with me about any diagnosis, and they call me first & let me know what the problem is. Second, let me know what it's going to take to fix it, & third, let me know how much it'll cost & ask me if that's okay & if I agree. Then they will move forward & fix it. Everyone is always on the same page. With Covid going on they are open & still operational Monday thru Friday but the way it works now is you leave your keys in a key drop in an envelope with your information on it & the problem/problems that you are having with your vehicle. Then, if anything does need to be done to the car, you can give them your credit card or debit card information to pay with. That way, everything is contactless. I highly, highly recommend this establishment if you need a great mechanic. They are the best! I won't take my car anywhere else. There is a way to drop off your car early bird style here, too, if needed. It's the only mechanic that I take my vehicles to.

I found this shop after looking around on Google Maps one night. My mom and I have two German cars that are over 10 years old and one of them needed an oil change. Joe and Joe are punctual, friendly and their prices are very reasonable. They made me feel safe leaving the cars there to get looked at. I really look forward building a long relationship with them and I am so happy to finally find our family mechanic ☺️

Just getting home from picking up my truck from Automotive Solutions, once again I am completely satisfied with the quality, speed, and price of the repair. I have been using Joe for many years and several makes and models of vehicle. I used to do a lot of work on them, but I feel that if I’m getting quality work at a fair price, I can save my back and my knuckles. I would and have recommended them to friends and family. My wife and I moved here from NJ just over a year ago. We bought tires next door and they recommended Automotive Solutions. Joe and Joe are the best auto repair techs I have had and there have been many since we are in our 60’s. No appointments needed. Just drop off the car and let them do what they do. The pricing is commensurate with the quality and timely work they perform. I have used them about six times already and not one experience has been anything but a 5 star rating. They are easy to deal with, honest in their appraisals and have completed almost every job during the same day the car was dropped off. If you have a repair tech who is as superb as they are, that’s great! But if you have any reservations about your current tech, make the switch! You won’t be disappointed!

Really nice and friendly. I had a weird sound coming from the right front axle I thought it was the steering rack and after explaining the issue he took in the car for diagnostics and found that it was just the wheel bearing. The repair was a fair price and it was done lightning fast. I intend on coming back whenever I need more service here. Thanks a ton!

Good honest work!! I brought our 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid in with the check engine light on and it throwing a random code. It wouldn't even let me accelerate and was done. Turns out it was a bad battery, and they had us back on the road in no time. The price was very fair. We are so happy we found a mechanic we can trust in our area. Automotive solutions is courteous and kind. You can get an oil change without making an appointment, I can drop my car off in the morning and they can order new tires and install the same day. I also asked for the car to have a physical and I trust them 100 %. No hidden fees or charges and will call you if they need to fix something and give you an estimate . You will not be disappointed!!!! A happy customer since 2020.

In December 2024 or January 2025, I brought my white 2009 Nissan Pathfinder to them because it had no heat and my windshield was freezing over every morning. When I arrived, I noticed they were already busy with many cars, but I was desperate and humbly asked for their help. Despite their heavy workload, they paused to listen to my issue and told me to leave my car with them. They made it clear they couldn’t promise same-day or next-day completion, but they’d do their best. To my surprise, the very next day they called to say my car was ready! They finished the repair faster than I expected, and the professionalism was outstanding. They gave me a clear, detailed breakdown of the parts and labor costs, and didn’t tack on extra charges like some other shops might. They were transparent, friendly, and completely honest with me. I truly appreciate them and trust their work. I’m definitely coming back! I now have a white 2011 Toyota Sienna and a white 2014 Ford Fiesta, and I’ve chosen them to be the ones who repair and maintain all three of my vehicles. Thank you to both Joes! SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES‼️I was recommended by an oil change business. They OPENED their business for customers ON TIME‼️ Mr. Joe Sr listened to my concerns. He stated upfront there is not waiting area but you can drop-off or come back. Everything is first come, first serve. They complete a diagnosis of my concerns and got back with me in a reasonable time frame. Joe Jr. called and was very detail explaining what he did and what he found. He gave great feedback and suggestions on what to do next. I called him back and he repeated everything from the diagnostic to my brother. They were very busy but he wasn't upset nor rude. We asked a few more questions and he was very POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE and most of all HONEST. I will highly recommend this business to anyone that has automotive concerns.
