I took my car in just for a reset, and they themselves said it was low on transmission fluid but never informed me. They added more without telling me and without flushing the old one. Later, the car started having issues, and Nissan confirmed it had the wrong fluid and now needs a full transmission replacement. When we went back to talk to them, they got defensive and took no responsibility. Very poor service — I do not recommend this place. I also noticed poor treatment of their employees.

I spoke to Anthony scelero “Tony”. He ended up taking care of me really well. I would recommend any veteran to get there car serviced here. I still don’t like the sales side of Pedder Nissan I think they could lease me some cars for my fleet at a reasonable price but Anthony hit a home run with the service thanks Tony. *Always take video of your vehicle before dropping off for repair!* they won’t repair damage even when it isn’t noted or in their pictures. Brought a Rogue in for extended warranty repair. Was first told it was not covered as there was some after market modifications done to the vehicle. We had to point out the fine print in the warranty stating that particular modification wouldn’t null the warranty. Leave car with them, days go by. We have to be the one to check up on what the found. They can’t find an issue. Get a different service advisor involved, he FINALLY gets an answer. Get the vehicle fixed. Pick it up and haven’t even driven it off the lot when a crack in the windshield is noticed. Damage is brought to their attention. Service advisor assures us it will get taken care of as there was no damage when we dropped it off and their pictures show no damage. Then they ask us if we have pictures. No we don’t, you took pictures and made note of damage. Big surprise they can’t find anything noted , but they don’t have a head on picture of where the damage occurred. Then we play phone tag for over a week. To finally be told that their service manager will not approve replacement of the broken windshield. This is a small snippet of WEEKS of frustration. Service manager Gregg Velasco has some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Rude and made me feel as if I was wasting his time. General Manager said he would not do any more that cover a part of the replacement. Even though the pictures their service advisor took when we dropped it off shows NO damage to the windshield and no notes made saying there is damage. So absolutely frustrating. Never actually spoke to the GM. Guessing if I was buying he would be happy to speak with me. But I spoke with his customer service rep Zenia. I will say she is fabulous! And the service advisor John Gordon who finally got the repair taken care of was excellent. Too bad Gregg and Biff don’t have their sense of customer service and respect. If you have repairs done there *ALWAYS take your own video of the condition of your car before dropping off*
