They were very nice took care of what was needed. They did not say anything about possible bubbles in the tint so when I picked my car up after they had it 4 days. On the day after I picked it up I noticed bubbles in the tint. I called and the gentleman explained it can do that up to 3 days after. He checked to see when it was done and since the day i called was 3 days after they immediately set an appointment for this coming week to check it out and fix the issue. The service department just like every other dept I have dealt with at Diamond Valley makes sure you are happy and taken care of. What more can you ask for when you are buying a brand new car than everyone doing everything in their power to make and keel you happy. If I buy another car years down the road I'll be back and tell everyone I run into to go here.

Today was my first service at Diamond Valley Honda. I was greeted with a friendly attendant Danielle who was thorough with my 21 Accord while it was in for an oil change. Everything went in regards to Danielle. Would highly recommend her. The experience would have been 5 Stars, but the following morning discovered oil in my driveway. Double checked that everything was tight, but apparently spilled oil during the filter change was not cleaned up.

Very professional. I like the video of findings they send as they work on your car. The waiting area is very accommodating. Free coffee and some snacks as well as plenty of vending. Not to mention, they have a mini theater for public use as well.

First time using this dealership for service. Overall I’m pleased. Rate 4 stars due to having an appointment but told it’ll be 3 hr wait for simple oil service but pleased they offered shuttle services. However one thing that was noted on inspection said wasn’t working but it indeed worked so I didn’t feel 100% that technician filled out form correctly

Kind and friendly staff when I showed up unannounced to get my vehicle checked. Good hosting and offered a nice lounge and snacks. After everything was solved . They were even able to lower the cost from its original price and on top of that! They game it a finishing touch and washed my car. So I’m very grateful and pleased. Will be coming back for future dilemmas to be solved. … but it’s unnerving to hear from the sales department. When I went in for an appraisal. They tell me my car deployed its airbags and now now the value drops significantly low. Then to follow up with a ( we don’t know how safe your vehicle is ) moments after looking at the paperwork. I seen that the paper states the car had its airbags replaced already. By Honda. So hearing something like that from sales as a potential customer. Do you have any idea how bad that implies? As if , I shouldn’t count on Honda Services to work on my car when I have sales telling something that means I’ve been wasting my money for proper services.

I’ve always had a great experience at Diamond Valley Honda in Hemet. The service department always gets the job done! I had an issue with my air conditioner and the technicians found a leak and my car is now fixed and flowing with good COLD air. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, Angela and Mike were great. Angela was very nice. However your service department is extremely overpriced! Pricing windshield wipers at $300 is absolutely ridiculous! That’s not even what I went there for. If wipers are that overpriced I assume your marking everything else up too’. Also I heard from a previous employee, your employees get a bonus for everything they sell! We won’t be back

Hello, after going to the service department for my car I was greeted by Ulises; the amount of professionalism was very pleasing and I had informed Ulises about my car and he was happy to assist me with a beautiful smile on his face. Ulises had gone above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly and efficient. Woman at front desk was dismissive and seemed like she didn't care about my concerns. I brought my car, 2025 CR-V, in for a noise I was hearing as I accelerated and slowed down last week. They said they fixed it, but I continued to hear the noise so I brought it back in today for an appointment at 8:30 am. I let them know that I hadn't noticed the noise yet this morning and she told me they can't do anything and then said bye. After I left, on my way home the noise returned and I have been hearing it the rest of the day as I drive. Basically bad customer service, unwilling to even look at my car.

This Honda may seem unassuming but this is the place to go!! After trying the Corona and Temecula service deps, I think I have definitely found the right place to go now! If you’re looking for the someone who will answer all your questions and give you the best deal, Brandon is the go to. He was patient with me and worked with our time limit since my sister cant be out long due to her disability. So kind and go us out fast with the best prices around! The Diamond Valley Honda is the place to go with exceptional customer care and reliability. The theater room is also a special surprise with comfy seats and a huge tv! My dad loved passing the time in there!
