Jan 2025 Another great visit to Peninsula Auto! Replaced my brake fluid and a cracked coolant reservoir. We also count on them for thorough pre-trip checks before we head out in our campervan. Absolutely superior service! June 2024: Great job replacing engine mounts on my campervan guys! Always a pleasure doing business with these folks. May 2024 Update: I've been taking my Promaster campervan to these good folks for over 5 years now. Every visit has been great, and this was no exception. Travis and Jason actually got me in before my State Inspection appointment time. Took care of the inspection and also diagnosed the cause of a worrisome engine noise I've been dealing with. Got an appointment to take care of that, and thanks to Travis, we can go on our next trip with confidence. These guys are great! We are so thankful they're here for us. Update Dec 2022: Needed some vital preventative maintenance this time (transmission service, brake fluid replacement and new serpentine belt). On the day of my appointment, they were busy as usual but accomplished the work quickly and efficiently, and for a very reasonable price. I was kept apprised of the status the whole time and got my van back in great shape. Always a pleasure dealing with the good folks at Peninsula Automotive! Update May 2022: Thanks to the entire team at Peninsula Automotive, we can confidently head out on our cross country trip this summer! During a regular maintenance check-up, they found oil leaking from my oil filter housing/oil cooler area - a very common problem in RAM Promaster Pentastar engines. They worked me in for this vital repair quickly and even found an oil filter housing that is a huge upgrade over the OEM part. As a retired military man, integrity stands above all else with me. At Peninsula Automotive, you get friendly, expert service, but above all else, you get people you can trust. Very thankful for the folks at Peninsula Automotive. Update May 2022: Recently had my 80K mile service and State Inspection at P.A. As usual, the appointment process was easy and they got me in and out in a very short time. Clearly explained issues and options. Friendly home town expert service at P.A. Always a pleasure. Update May 2021: Another fine experience with the folks at P.A. Just a state inspection this time. No appointment needed. In and out in under 30 minutes. Always a pleasure doing business with these guys. Update May 2020: The folks at P.A. are always friendly and professional. They've taken good care of my van for several years now. Made the appointment online and quickly received a confirmation call. I appreciate the way they modified their office during this COVID time so you can maintain proper separation. Service was performed quickly and I received prompt notification via text message when it was done. Highly recommend! Update April 2019: Once again, the good folks at Peninsula Automotive knocked it out of the park! We have a big trip coming up and I had an oil leak. Travis quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem thus saving our vacation and lifting a ton of anxiety and stress from my shoulders. So thankful for the wonderful people at Peninsula Automotive! Outstanding Service! Peninsula Automotive was first recommended to me by the owner of a nearby shop that's taken care of my cars for over 20 years. I now have a RAM Promaster 3500 van. This visit was for a front end alignment and new Bilstein shocks. RAM had already looked at the slightly larger than standard tires I'd just had installed and refused to align it stating they needed more clearance for their equipment. Jesse at Peninsula Automotive checked it out and they were able to do it. This place is very busy and always has a packed parking lot. Reason - they do great work for reasonable prices. They've taken great care of my van, and I'll definitely be back!

Excellent service! The guys are very easy to work with and provide excellent work. Keep in mind that these guys are not cut-rate mechanics and their work shows. I would much rather pay a little extra to have them take care of my car properly than take it to a cheap mechanic and have it break on me just a few days later. The quality of work they put out is phenomenal and they are still cheaper than any dealership I've ever been to. These guys are well deserving of a 5 star review!

The owner treats customers the right way. There was no attempt made to sell me on unnecessary work, and the advice offered by Mike was fully transparent. I spent less than expected on a radiator replacement, and the other work I thought needed to be done, instead Mike gave me suggestions to save me money. The best place to get your vehicle work done! I recently needed a ujoint replaced and Mike recommended that I replaced all. I had an appointment for Monday and called saying I would have to cancel because I needed to go to NY to see my bedridden grandmother. Mike told me to be at the shop at 0800 the next day. Surprised? Definitely! Pleased? Without question! Great work and very reasonable price! I will never go anywhere else for mechanical needs. He gained a customer for life.

I never write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Jason and Travis, I had to come straight to google. The shop was backed up and it takes a little time, but I knew that going in. They were up front about repairs and about pricing. I did shop around and found that their pricing is fair. I liked the communication with Jason. You can tell that these guys work hard and you can tell they are knowledgeable automotive repair. I’m so happy I found a great repair shop in my area! If there are any bad reviews, I don’t believe them!

This guys are 100% the best mechanic I’ve ever been to. After trying out and wasting a lot of money on other auto shops. This guys fixed the bow spring on my Jeep wrangler since no one else can . I’m honestly taking all my cars to them now. They’re extremely busy so scheduling ahead is recommended.
