Returning customer, years ago they did great work installing APR software on my A4 and recently I returned with another vehicle for the same job. After about 10 mins they came out and explained to me that my new car already had the software installed from the previous owner and quipped "Merry Christmas". They easily could have just charged me and I would have been none the wiser but instead they showed integrity and professionalism which is why I highly recommend them to anyone with European cars.

This place is a joke of a shop. I took my car in for repair and there were wire harness that wasn't plugged back together. They say they don't do internal motor or transmission work and they can't do motor mounts on my car because they don't have the specialty tool to pull one out. Which every vw, bmw, audi and Saab have these type of mounts. So why wouldn't you have a $500 tool? Joke...

They performed the work fast and per the quote, and they didn't try to upsale me or find mysterious things wrong with my car that wasn't wrong. I appreciate that. They seem honest. My VW GTI started smoking unexpectedly and I was stuck 964 miles from home. They were completely transparent on when they would be able to look at it - and honored that commitment. The repair was minor and fixed same day for an extremely fair price. I tried to convince them to move down south so I could use their services in the future - but they seem to enjoy their location. Highly recommend them! Thank you to the Euro Pro team - I was able to make it home safely with no further issues.

This review is a year over due. However, after spending nearly 10k in repairs over a 2 year span I felt like I needed to review this place. I finally stopped going to this repair place when the owner told me I do not know how to fix your VW Tiquan. After having my vehicle in his shop every 2 months for the check engine and EPC warning lights being on. I felt like he was practicing on how to not fix my vehicle. Almost like the mechanic was just doing enough to have the warning lights go off for a little while.. Then I was back in shop for the same issues. Do you self a favor and just go trustworthy service shop.

This is such a good and trustworthy shop to go to! I went from American to a Euro car so I had to find a new mechanic. As a woman, it’s hard to find a good and trustworthy mechanic that you can rely on. I was really nervous but they were so so good. This must be an incredibly busy shop! My Audi stranded me along the highway and while waiting for the tow truck I called them up to alert them my car was coming in shortly on an emergency situation. I was told without hesitation they couldn't take my car and it would be at least two weeks before the could look at it! I understand business needs, but dude, have a little compassion. Not like I was asking for an engine out service! Dang, be sure to make an appointment *months in advance* before rolling in!

GO HERE BEFORE THE STEALERSHIP. VW dealership wanted over $4,000 to replace a bunch of gaskets and reseal my valve cover for an oil leak after keeping my car for over a day to diagnose the leak. I took it to Euro Pros, and they scrubbed the whole block down, drove it, found none of the things VW said was leaking to be true, and fixed my oil separator and a big oil leak from the vacuum pump. Cost me less than half of what VW Dealership wanted, and they wouldn’t have even fixed the actual problem. I will be coming here for anything else I ever need for my Tiguan.
