Took my Benz in for an oil change, that was fine but they left the engine cover off and claimed they didnt. Nobody else has been under the hood of my car so there's no other place it could have been besides misplaced by this shop. We won't return to do business here. Check your vehicle before you leave the shop!

Amazing communication, I HIGHLY recommend!!They never once tried to "up-sell", even when I asked about the cost of additional services, they were straight up honest and thorough as to why they weren't necessary. These guys will be my go-to for all my Mini Coopers needs.

Please over look your vehicle before leaving this place!! They let my husband drive off with no oil in the motor. After draining it they apparently forgot to put it back in so now we are waiting to see if anything is wrong with our car. I wouldn't recommend this place especially after what we paid for no answers as to what was wrong with our vehicle.

This is my first Mercedes, so I had a few questions about the one I just bought. They did an A3 Service for a fraction of what Centennial Imports charges and gave me a couple reasonable quotes for some work it will need done. Awesome people! Great work!

Called to schedule a full diagnostic. Was kindly assisted with making an appointment and the soonest available was in two weeks. The day of the appointment only the issue of the door lock was looked at and a full diagnostic was NOT performed. Waited two weeks and a $60 charge for the same information from Google. Disappointed. They must do good work because they're really busy. I just didn't have a good experience. The dealership has spoiled me with the quality and thoroughness in communication and service (or to me it's worth the price), so I'll keep going there.

All I'm going to say is be sure that you are aware they will not tell you that you are going to be charged upon dropping your car off. We had a compressor and pulley and put on our car about a month and a half ago the A/C stopped working, all I wanted to know was did the work they performed have anything to do with the A/C not working. They found a gas leak, that is not what I asked for, yes I'm glad to know that but I wanted to only know about the work previously performed. So, I got a200 dollars bill for work previously performed. I think it's wrong to perform something and bill someone without letting them know before hand of that bill. This is not a doctor office it's a auto repair shop where they are more than capable of letting you know their prices beforehand.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Took my Audi here for a water pump leak after getting a quote from Bobby likis for $3500 and they literally did the same exact repair for $1200. The people who run this shop are amazing. Great communication, excellent work and customer service. Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days but these guys are a breath of fresh air after dealing with other unscrupulous shops.

I recently had my car repaired at Pensacola Imports and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! They were able to get my repairs taken care of very quickly, in 2 days! Greta was able to get everything covered by warranty (even though the warranty company took a very long time to get through to). My car is purring like a kitten and there is no longer a check engine light glaring at me. They put the Mercedes dealership in Pensacola to shame. If you have a Mercedes, you should definitely be bring it to Pensacola Imports for service and repair. I had previously brought my car to the Mercedes dealership for an estimate. They kept my car for a week, lied and told me the warranty company won't cover what needed repaired when they actually never called them, and did nothing but charge me $250. I will go to Pensacola Imports for everything and so should you!!!!

Best service and even better people! I’m in this area for a little while and needed to get my wife’s Mercedes Benz GLE450 B Service done. I had priced this service at the local dealership in Arkansas & here in Pensacola and as expected, any service on her car is expensive. Next available appt, over a month from now in Arkansas & Pensacola. (Yes, that’s after selecting just an oil change.) B Service would START at $750-800 at either place. So since we’ll be driving back and forth for the holidays, we’ve got to find somewhere. Thank God my wife searched and found Pensacola Imports! For a fraction of the cost, literally less than 1/2 of the least quoted by the others, I got her vehicle serviced within the same week! (Day before Thanksgiving in fact.) The honest, integrity, & overall REAL humanistic nature of the owners is what all businesses should model! Thank you (NOT Jeff but) FRED & Greta for providing the best service possible so that I know my family can continue their journey without worry. So anyone knows, these people are so nice, they let me give a shoutout to the wrong name even with Fred’s name on the sign out front, & didn’t even correct me! You don’t get more southern hospitality than that!
