My cluster lens was replacedon May 16, 2024. Although it took about 2 hours, it was WELL WORTH the wait!!! Scott Clouse, my service advisor, was informative, professional, helpful and kind. All the qualities I expect at Peoria Nissan or ANY dealership for that matter. The sales manager, Matthew Skinner, my salesman, Michael Frank, as well as my sister, Vicki Benefield, in payroll, checked on me throughout my wait. It was a great day!!! Thank you.

Service Advisor Robert and his Managers Emilio, Chris, Joe and Edgar hit it out of the ballpark replacing the traction battery in my BEV under warranty. Appreciate the hard work, support and dedication. Vehicle feels like a new car again. Thanks again.

Great experience today. I was hearing a creaking on the passenger side when turning and asked them to investigate while also getting a routine oil change. They identified it as a symptom of a recall and also recognized and repaired the power window issue I forgot to mention under warranty. Chris was great! Most reviews are great for Peoria Nissan Service. Sadly, the 1 star reviews were for a dirty bathroom and no car wash. Not a very fair critique of the great service provided here but petty and irrelevant. I'd rather know who to trust with my car rather than who doesn't cater to inflated egos.

The service department at Peoria Nissan is absolutely top-notch! Such a great team environment. Their service advisors work hand in hand to ensure elite customer service and satisfaction. Every visit is a seamless experience - from the friendly and knowledgeable service advisors like Sarat Pun, who clearly explain needed repairs, the fast and courteous lot attendants, to the skilled technicians who always deliver quality work on time. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure my car is running perfectly, and I never feel pressured to add unnecessary services. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional car care!

They serviced and performed a recall on my Xterra. All around exceptional service. The detailed inspection was also very informative and transparent. With pictures of the worn out parts and prices for the repair listed upfront made me confident this dealer was not trying to pull the wool over my eyes like most others. 10/10 would recommend 👍

Robert and Al in the service department are awesome, but the techs that work on your car are either lazy or incompetent. I bought myself a Sentra, my daughter a Rogue within months of each other and every single service on the both cars they either forgot to do something or did it wrong. This has caused me to find another dealership to do the servicing, and Serge in the sales department to lose out on another new car sale. I highly recommend that you find a different dealership to service your car if you want it done correctly and not wasting your time having to bring it back in to do it right. Also, the Service Manager told me he was going to fire the last tech who worked on my car because this Nissan dealership lost me as a customer. If that is true, then you need to fire every tech that had ever worked on mine and my daughter's car. Don't forget to fire yourself because the fish rots at the head, Emilio, and then you can wholeheartedly eat my number two. BTW, what happened to all the other negative reviews? No possible way that there is only 60+ reviews for the service department when the dealership itself has over 6,000. Something doesn't add up here. Please also see my 1 star rating for the dealership for another horror story.

Thank you Peoria Nissan Service Team for always taking great care of my vehicles. I know I can depend on your team when I’m in need. The staff is friendly, quick and efficient. Love the text notification for my recommend services , I can easily check what I want done or what I’d like to wait on for another time, also shows my price breakdown and photos of any leaks or dirty filters I may need. Thank you again !

We always go to Scott Clouse at Peoria Nissan since we bought our 2022 Sentra. Scott always meets us for our service appointment, gets our Sentra serviced quickly and perfectly. At 40k miles it’s running great! Thank you Scott! Really nice to receive this excellent service!

Brought my car in for the first time, really new to owning a car. Even though I did not purchase my used car from them, they did multi point inspection for me FOC, helped me contact my extended warranty company for claim as well Everything is so seamless and stress-free for me. Service used: tire change, rotation and balance, recall, they inspected and changed out 2 other parts that's under Nissan warranty as well. Their price for oil change, fuel system exchange are priced competitively as well. Art is my service guy and I find him to be honest and knowledgeable. The technicians here fixed my car good, hope they continue the good work.

Worst experience ever. Had my vehicle for almost 3 weeks with very little communication. I would leave messages and no one would ever return my calls. I brought my vehicle here for a second opinion after another repair facility could not diagnose the issue. I also wanted an oil change done since it was there. Peoria Nissan kept changing the cause for the noise and never completed an oil change. The invoice I received doesn’t even have the correct information on it. When they were done with the supposed diagnosis they never contacted me. Instead they contacted the 3rd party repair company and had them pick up my vehicle without my consent. I NEVER authorized anyone to pick up my vehicle. Part 2... I have reached out to supposedly the Service Manager Emilio Tapia 3 days ago and left a message. I have yet to hear back from him. Part 3,,, Just received a call from Emilio he started coming after me because I want copies of my work order history and then called me a liar and said I didn't drop my car off to him. I in fact did a night drop on July 1st at 6pm. My name is on the invoice and he will not release any information and kept calling me a liar. I will never use or buy from Peoria Nissan again.

I purchased my vehicle brand new at Peoria Nissan in 2018, and since then I had always taken it to this dealership for all services and repairs, trusting in the quality and honesty of their work. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. During an oil change, I requested that they also check the brakes. I was told that my vehicle’s rotors “were not original,” and therefore were not covered under warranty. This was shocking because I bought my car brand new, with zero miles, and it has never been serviced anywhere else. When I questioned this, the representative doubted my statement and simply repeated that “the mechanic said they were not original.” In the end, I was charged for the rotors and left with two original rotors and two that were supposedly not original, which makes no sense and raises serious concerns. I do not know if this was a mechanic’s mistake or a dishonest practice, but as a customer I felt deceived and disrespected. For this reason, I strongly recommend future customers to take pictures of their vehicles and parts before leaving them at this dealership. Personally, I will never return to Peoria Nissan for service, nor will I consider purchasing another vehicle from them.

🚨 Warning to Anyone Considering This Dealership’s Service Department 🚨 I strongly urge you to read this before taking your car here. Please consider using a different service department for your vehicle needs. I’ve owned four Nissan vehicles, and they’ve always been reliable. My current car, a 2023 Nissan Rogue, was purchased used but still under warranty. Because I drive a lot, I also purchased an extended warranty. Soon after buying the vehicle, I noticed a jerking/popping issue when shifting from reverse to drive on a cold start. I brought it in 4–5 times, but Nissan repeatedly told me they “could not replicate” the issue. Recently, during a routine oil change, they finally admitted the problem: the transmission needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, this was only diagnosed after the Nissan warranty expired. Here’s the issue: • Nissan confirmed they had misdiagnosed my car several times. • I have it documented in writing that this was an ongoing issue and that they were sorry for the delays. • My extended warranty will cover most of the cost, but I am still expected to pay $3,000 out of pocket. • Nissan refuses to cover this balance solely because I purchased an extended warranty. My car has now been at the dealership for over a month. Corporate has done nothing except tell me to “wait for a call back.” This experience has completely lost Nissan a loyal customer. I know I am just one person, but I hope someone reading this will take my warning seriously: do not buy here, and do not trust this service team.

So I was here Thursday 29th form 8am to 1pm just to get my car looked at. The only reason I gave two stars is because the salespeople were nice and checking on me. I worked with Anthony, he made me to wait Five hours for no reason. He was not professional and disrespectful to me. People who came in two hours after, they ended up leaving before me. And anyone had their car done, Anthony would come and call them "mister / miss, your car is done" EXCEPT ME. I was hanging there for five hours and then finally he walked by and said your car is done, then I went to the front desk so he can check me out, instead Anthony went and grabbed another person and said, "oh let me finish him first then I will come to you". Finally, I was out after five hours he said your car is done and we fixed the noise. I drove away and my car still making noise. I will NOT go back there because of Anthony
