Appt was scheduled for 12 noon for a tire rotation ,but they were down a Technician because he got hurt, so they told me that I could come back at 2 o’clock and somebody was guaranteed to do my services that I asked for which was a tire rotation and that usually cost like $10 so I came back at 2 o’clock. They got my car in the bay did the tire rotation and told me my car was ready in about I would say 20 minutes and I suppose it was a manager that said that he would take care of it that I wasn’t gonna get charged. Was very pleased with that this is why I like coming to Pep Boys. They have good service. The only downside I can say about this particular location is that there is not a lot of parking options.

I recently purchased a set of tires from Pep Boys in Leesburg. During the service, I was informed that my brakes needed attention — with the rear brakes supposedly at 30% and the front at 50%. I was also told that my rear shock absorbers were leaking. When I received my car back, I was immediately concerned because the new tires appeared brown, which seemed unusual. However, I was reassured by the staff that this was normal and everything was fine. Less than a mile into driving, my car began shaking — something it hadn’t done even with the worn tires. I turned around and went back to the shop. Again, I was told the tires were new, properly balanced, and safe. The sales rep reiterated that the issue might be due to my allegedly leaking shock absorbers. Still uneasy, I took my vehicle to my regular, trusted mechanic for a second opinion. To my surprise, he told me the exact opposite: • My rear shock absorbers were not leaking. • My brakes were in good condition and did not need replacing. • Most importantly, my new tires were not properly balanced. One tire had both old and new weights, and another tire had no weights at all — they had likely fallen off because the surface hadn’t been cleaned correctly before installation. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing tires from Pep Boys again. I value integrity and honest service, and I don’t appreciate being misled or manipulated — especially when I’m spending my hard-earned money.

Setup appointment the day before. Dropped off car at 3:00 pm. 7:00 now. Still not ready. Ruined our plans for the evening along with two other couples. Probably still has tires out of balance or something! No confidence in failure. 6 people who will never come here again! Good job! Please don’t post a worthless apology!

Christmas Eve I found myself with a nail in my tire and freaking out! I saw Pep Boys was open and went straight there as I could hear the air quickly coming out. I spoke with Daniel upon arriving and he was an absolute jewel! He explained what they were able to do and we discussed a few other things as well. Calmed this mama’s heart on Christmas Eve! I’ve always had good service at this location but recently had a bad experience that they have had over a month to rectify and still nothing has been done. I joughtv4 new tires and told them I was keeping my old tires as they were in excellent condition but were the wrong size and I would be using them on another vehicle. They even wrote on the work order to save them. I called later and confirmed they were to be saved and headed there with my truck to get them. Was told I missed them by 10 minutes as the recycling truck just left so mom out over 300 dollars as I had to replace my own property that they threw in the trash bin. And they have not done anything to correct this or compensate me. Shameful

Wonderful guys at the Leesburg location! Daniel specifically! He was the lucky one that took my frantic call at 6:45PM regarding a leak in one of my tires that I needed fixed ASAP as I had to be on the other side of town the next day. Mind you, they close at 7. He said he could fit me as long as I was patient. I was in & out in less than an hour & honestly can’t thank them enough! I’ll be back to replace the other 3 tires now.

I purchased a 2006 Toyota Corolla and took it in for Pep Boys extensive inspection. Elvis and Daniel walked me through everything and helped me map out a battle plan. We discussed my budget and what should be tackled first and what could wait. I am so extremely happy with the courtesy I was shown. They were even fun to talk to while I waited. Three strikes at this location. And an invalid or not needed service recommendation. Battery replacement recommendation, however the battery was replaced very recently by AAA. Two days before at the dealer, the car was serviced and the battery did not show failure. I called AAA after Pep Boys recommendation for battery replacement. The AAA test as well as the dealer test were completely fine for the battery, alternator and starter. The service I came to this Pep Boys location was simply for tire rotation and chec alignment afterwards. They said it needed alignment, I paid for a year alignment service. After the job was completed, the car was pulling to the right big time. I brought it back, a different person worked on it. They made it a little better but not 100%. Will not be coming back to this location.

This shop, is one of if not the greatest auto shops in, not just this town, but in Florida. They have extremely competitive prices! They're extremely friendly and trustworthy. When I drop off my work vehicles and personal. I know that they are going to make the right choice for me. They don't just ring up the bill. They have helped me in times of need. I had a nail in my tire and was able to make an online appointment to fix it the same day. When I arrived, they took care of me right away and quickly repaired my tire. While the repair itself was not unusual, the kindness and courtesy showed to me by the Pep Boys staff was remarkable. As a woman, I often feel uncomfortable going into auto repair shops for fear I may be taken advantage of, but instead they took exceptional care of me. This location will definitely be my go to whenever I’m in Leesburg. Highly recommended establishment.

He really listened to what I needed, Even had his tech who is a specialist in Ford trucks come in to help us out. I needed a Pennzoil full synthetic oil change for my BMW hardtop convertible, so I made an online appointment. This is my 3rd synthetic oil change at this Pep Boys location. I showed up on time, but was told there would be a 2-3 hour wait, because of a corporate computer software error causing triple booking. That became apparent, as I stood in line with two other gentlemen, who also had 11am appointments, on this Saturday morning. I was dealing with the store manager, who was not only knowledgeable, but honest, and polite. Great customer service, considering the circumstances. Being disappointed with the reservation system, and after speaking at length with the store manager, I chose to rebook my appointment for Sunday, the following day. Returned the following day, and this time, the assistant manager Chuck, and the mechanic Janiel, both did an outstanding job. Bear in mind, this was the coldest morning of a freak Florida freeze, 22 actual temperature. The mechanics shop area was cold! The assistant manager was aware of this, and gave the mechanic a few minutes in the customer waiting room to warm up. Both men were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about auto mechanics. The price I was charged could not be beat. I will definitely have them do my oil change again. Daniel, Jeremy, and Rob were fantastic to work with. My 2006 Toyota Corolla needed the front hub bearings and tie rods replaced and they were able to complete it in a day. They were very helpful in explaining the issue and what needed to get done. They were very thorough and detailed and weren't bothered by my questions. My husband has been taking my Mercedes there consistently whenever we need tires. They always have the best prices and my car is tricky because the front wheels are different than the back wheels. Somehow I managed to get a nail in there and they plugged it for us for no charge because we were loyal customers and because they are incredibly nice people. We couldn't recommend them more. They are the best!
