I had a 10 am appointment to have two tires replaced on my 2000 ford e150. I got the car back at 2:30 pm. In addition to that, the free inspection resulted in a suggested oil change. However, I had personally changed the oil myself 100 miles/4 days earlier. My new tires had something like mud splashed all over them when I picked up the vehicle. There was no paper floor mat in the car either. Last, the shop failed to call me when the work was done. I just showed up at 2:15 figuring they had enough time to change two tires; I was planning to pick up my vehicle either way at that point.

We came in due to a flat tire. The tech told us it was an easy fix. They then proceeded to leave the tire on the car and not inspect it at all. The put a plug in and sent us on our way. Never once did they remove the tire from the car. Later that same night we went out to our car and the tire was flat. We went to our closest Pep boys and they said we had to go back to the original location. When we got there the person in the front name Kage met us with attitude and straight rudeness. When the tech, took the tire off(keep in mind this is the first time anyone from Pepboys has removed the tire from the Vehicle.) They found where it was leaking from. They let us leave the shop without inspecting the tire first. They claimed that the person that worked on our tire was new and did not know to investigate it properly. Then why was he aloud to do it. We were met with bad attitude and rudeness during this entire visit. The sign clearly states 5 star service 1. Friendly greeting-FAIL 2. Customer interview-FAIL 3. Recommend solutions-FAIL 4. Fixed right and on time ABSOLUTE FAIL 5. Ensure satisfaction- FAIL

This review is for the district manager at PepBoys in Vegas. I booked a rideshare inspection in the lyft app which says the inspection is $19. when you arrive you are told that the inspection cost has gone up and is now $39.99! FALSE ADVERTISING. the worker informed me this happens all the time because the district manager just decided to up the price but has not fixed this with lyft. If i wanted to pay $40 i could have booked with meinike 3 days ago. DO BETTER! BE HONEST! Will not be back for my next inspection

I went to the Jones and Flamingo location for a brake inspection and possible repair. They recommend services that weren’t needed because their repair tech didn’t want to accept doing the labor required for just completing one service when the other one wasn’t needed. Felt they were very dishonest in what was needed, and confirmed it when I got them repaired at another reputable shop called Mr Brake. Paid leas than half the cost for getting the front and rear brakes and rotors dome, than what PB estimated for just the front brakes and rotors. They are very dishonest and incompetent. Would never trust my vehicle with them for any service.

I was visiting Vegas from LA and they were super helpful when I needed to replace the battery of my car. They even drove 1hr to pick up the battery needed for my vehicle from a different location. I wish the pepboys near my house were as helpful as them. Definitely recommend, 10/10.

There is no way to give this place zero stars, I wish I could. Stopped there today because I had a nail in my tire. Bobert aka Robert the guy that works the desk came out, looked and said it can’t be fixed, it’s on the outside. Ok do you have my tire here I asked and he said yes, it would cost $274 for the new tire. Ok no problem. They took my car Into the bay, I went and sat in the waiting room. Ten minutes goes by, Bobert comes to me with 2 pieces of paper and says ‘my technician says you have wall damage on your other tires and is not comfortable just changing the one tire. She wants to change all of them because the safety issue.’ I explained my tires were less than a year old and there was no way I was replacing all of them. He then said they wouldn’t fix my flat then and change just the one tire. Okie dokie, give me my keys and I left. I went to a different tire shop down the road, I won’t mention the name of it here. They were WONDERFUL! Not only was my tire fixable, Bobert lied about it not being able to be fixed, but they fixed it for FREE!! BUYER BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE! They weren’t happy they were going to rip me off for one new tire, they tried for all 4 tires!

I came in for a simple oil change and left with multiple problems that were not present before my visit. My vehicle was functioning fine when I dropped it off, and after picking it up I experienced new issues that were immediately dismissed by staff instead of being properly addressed. On top of that, the employee with the long hair in a ponytail was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional when I returned to explain what was happening. Rather than helping or taking responsibility, I was made to feel brushed off. I expected basic professionalism and accountability for a routine service. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I will think twice before returning.

Went in for a routine oil change and left with a problem that did not exist beforehand. The car was functioning 100% prior to the service. The issue appeared immediately after leaving, which makes it very clear this was not a coincidence. When I called back, the first thing they were concerned about wasn’t inspecting the vehicle or taking responsibility ,it was charging me for a diagnostic on a problem that was created during their service. That alone says everything. Instead of accountability or customer care, I was met with dismissal and deflection. No effort to help, no willingness to even look at the car ,just an attempt to make the customer pay for their mistake. Oil changes shouldn’t result in new problems, and customers shouldn’t be treated this way when they do. Based on this experience, I don’t trust them with my car and won’t be back. STAY AWAY !

Chris, Alex and Kage showed more concern than anything for my daughter and I am forver grateful. They made sure her vehicle was safe to drive before they gave her back the keys. They kept her vehicle for 3 days while the parts were ordered. Thank you for being so good to my daughter and expressing more concern for her safety. We are so thankful you treated us like family.
