They did an amazing job fixing our newer Mazda CX-30 that was dented on the rear driver side door and had wheel scratches. The paint job was blended perfectly and they did an amazing job fixing the wheels. The car looks exactly as it did when I picked it up from the dealership. They also took care of all coordinating with my insurance company, and pro-actively kept me updated on my car status.

George is the best. All the staff was very friendly and kept you updated as time went. If they had any questions for you they will call and/or email you and if you had anything to ask they will answer it. The service was great! The timing was earlier than estimated. They detailed the car before it’s ready to be picked up. Best shop around town. Definitely my go too for now on! Left some before and after picture and the results tells it self.

The Performance Plus team goes above and beyond on customer experience and Satisfaction! I truly appreciate George and Bob for their guidance and assistance during the process. Highly recommend this auto body shop. I was a college student moving out of state when the vehicle was in a front end collision this incident happened. Performance worked with me to fix the truck within the last 2 weeks of December and had the truck back to me by my deadline.The staff was super friendly and communicative. By far the best experience I have ever had at an auto shop. To begin - the staff were spectacular. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and diligent at keeping me updated throughout the repair process. The system they use to send progress updates was very easy to understand and unlike anything any other shop had ever offered me. I received updates via text with links to take me to a page that gave me the status of the repair and estimated completion date, the cost estimates and what my payment would be after insurance. The repair work itself was stellar - the replacement parts arrived much faster than I expected and looked great after installation; seeing the car parked when I arrived was a treat as it shone like new; perfect match of a difficult paint, polished and clean, with obvious attention to detail. The folks doing the repair work went above and beyond by even addressing unrelated issues like balancing my tire pressure, sprucing up the interior, and alerting me to maintenance that I had been neglecting. I received several personal calls to update me on the status of the car with additional details that were beyond what the web application explained and to alert me that repairs were going ahead of schedule. They actually completed the work two days sooner than the estimated pickup date and I got both a personal call and a text from the automated system to let me know I could pick up the car early. Special shout-out to Bob and George for the excellent communication skills, demeanor, and friendly attitudes. While my car was just there for body work they let me know that the shop will do many other services which I plan to take advantage of in the future. Performance Plus is the only shop I want to use from now on - they gained a customer for life thanks to everything mentioned above. While the reasons for needing their service may have been unfortunate - I'm truly looking forward to my next interaction with them! This business is what every other repair shop should aspire to be. 10/10
