Let me just say I am so glad my therapist is moving offices. I love my therapist, we clicked immediately, but the facility and RECEPTION STAFF are HORRID. Very RUDE and not helpful at all. They don't pay attention to your insurance or if you have a copay so they wont bill you at the time of your visit LIKE THE SIGN IN THEIR OFFICE SAYS THEY'LL DO and then send you a bill for $2000 A YEAR LATER AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY IT ALL. I cannot wait to get out of there and follow my therapist elsewhere.

Girl at front desk is super rude and the opposite of helpful. Hung up on me instead of putting me on hold, had me wait all day and didn’t even tell me my doctor wasn’t in the office so I couldn’t get my prescription filled that day. I HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE TO FIND OUT MY DOCTOR WASN’T EVEN THERE, because she just kept not answering the phone after she hung up on me instead of putting me on hold. You would think it would be wise to have a receptionist that actually takes mental health seriously. Very unprofessional. My doctor is amazing btw, it’s just if you have a problem getting your prescription filled, you’re SOL because the front desk is useless.

Terrible place to go for mental health. I am going here for ptsd, anxiety and adhd. It took 6 months for me to be treated for my ADHD. I was told after calling multiple times the first time that I didn't receive my medication bc they hadn't received everything they needed from my doctor. Mind you, this was after being screened and tested and waiting 3 weeks when I was told that I wouldn't have to wait longer than a week. After waiting another 2 weeks, I called again and was told that they were waiting on my screening results. They said they would have to call the place that does the screening and find out what is going on bc my results should have come back already. 2 days later, I finally got my meds. It took a month and a half to get my meds for my adhd when it should have only taken a week. Had I not called, I would probably still be waiting. Update... things have been going very well since my last review. My counselor has made actually made me feel like she cares about my mental health now and she takes my feelings into consideration. I have had no issues at all since the med problem.

I called and left a message on their answering service last month saying I’d have to reschedule because I had flu. So then I’m accused of missing by my appointment all because they can’t check their damn messages. They don’t relay messages to the person you are seeing. How can they run an office so poorly!

This place has screwed me over time and time again. The therapy itself was just fine but trying to get an apt and call for medications has been awful. I had to get a drug screening and they never gave me the medication nor did they call me back. They could send me a bill but not get back to me. Will not go back. UPDATE: They called me saying I owed money, said I could talk to a supervisor and behold the supervisor wasn't in. Left a message, never got a call back...

I am Angela Powell I started with central mental health, Nova behavior health the Phoenix rising. I was never told the psych label was dropped in 1997.. by Nova behavior health by David long I was never given the paperwork from Nova back then that the psych label was dropped I had ask Phoenix rising many times for this paperwork. Cindy shapuite at Phoenix rising was a counselor at the time she could have told me 32 years ago I would have left the state of Ohio and for a security job in another state and had a life instead my life for the last 32 years has been a total nightmare or hell. The courts could have told me my mother who put me in the psych ward in Massillon state and my older sister could have told me the psych label was dropped and my mother who said I abused my daughter was dropped. Never substantiated. No instead of all the lies I lost everything in my life a security job, my daughter was put in foster care, I was put on a payee for my bills, put in disability. My daughter accused me of abusing her at the age of 7 years old it was never substantial it was dropped more happens after that thehell progressed further more in my life I am 60 years old now have nothing to show in my life.

I have a loved one receiving excellent psychiatric treatment and counseling. The staff is always very responsive to concerns and they are always willing to go above and beyond. My loved one sees Dr Morris who first of all is an expert professional yet also has wonderful bedside manner. Btw, we travel over an hour for the wonderful care at PR. They offer telehealth appointments, which make treatment and counseling very accessible to anyone looking for that benefit!

Judy is absolutely awful at the canton office. Cut me off talking, wouldn't even give me the time of day for referrals and recommendations i had to get back on the same exact medication that Cathy (same office) had been prescribing me 2 years ago. Lied and said they she can't prescribe a medication I know for a fact helps me, yet Cathy sure could..? Said she'd be doing me a disservice. Yea Judy, when i finally give up because I can't get any anxiety/depression relief, you'll see a disservice. If you know your body and want a certain type of help, I definitely, highly recommend you avoid this place, or at least Judy at canton office. Thanks a lot for treating me subhuman.

I don’t typically do bad reviews but I I’ve been going here since I was little, been 9 years now. I’ve seen multiple therapist and medicine doctors here and it’s been the absolute worst. They all feel like they are there for the check, accuse for no reason, defensive, and just mean. I was laughed at in my lowest moments, they didn’t care. As a training therapist myself, I could never imagine treating my patients the way they treated me.

Personally, I had a nice go of it. They were really gentle, from the front desk to the lady I talked to in order to properly set up an appointment for a therapist, she was nice and considerate, and made sure I was comfortable with everything she was saying, she even helped me call my ride because I don’t have phone service, she was very nice. I have terrible social anxiety but I felt decently comfortable around everyone here, and I look forward to getting therapy here. Edit: A month later. Counselor is really cool, and the receptionists were very helpful. I waited two and a half hours for my access care transportation to arrive, I don’t pay a phone bill so they helped me, they sat there patiently helping me through the whole thing until I finally got a ride back home, many thanks you know who you are.

Would not recommend this place, especially if you have a busy work schedule. Seems like all of the therapists only have early mornings appointments available and none later on in the day. You will be playing phone tag constantly because nobody actually answers the phone here. You get sent to voicemail which means they’ll have to call you back and you’ll most likely miss the callback. Making you have to call back again and getting another voicemail to leave.

Worst place ever. They bounce you around and if u voice your opion they make you feel like your in the wrong on how you feel and they make you feel like you don't matter. I saw Dr M and was told I needed to be tested and then was told he didn't know where I could have the test done, yet to find out he was supposed to refer me to a place and have the test done. Another person kept telling me " I an't ready to deal with it " so she kept putting my issues off, & this last person Lisa told me I was bullying people. Needless to say it was the worst experience ever and I would not send my dog to them.

Today I had an appointment with Jennifer spies. It was a virtual appointment. So I was on video and as I was talking it’s 8:40am my 3 year old got up. As as mom I’m going to tend to my daughter and get her some breakfast. Jennifer got upset stating I can’t be walking around and she needs my undivided attention. I a MOTHER I can do many things while paying attention. Who are you to tell me I can’t walk around in my home and tend to my child. The moment you got on video you had an attitude. I matched your energy and then going to laugh and say oh I see you’re not very happy with me. This place is very unprofessional especially for my first visit! I will be filing a complaint further because I wasn’t even given the chance to do my appointment because I tended to my 3 year old toddler and this appointment was for one hour long! Jennifer I pray God deliver the evil from your heart. And your wicked ways

Very unprofessional when scheduling. Then they scheduled a virtual visit, confirmed email where they were sending the link to join to, then proceeded to never send me an email. When called to ask what to do, they wouldn’t answer. Do not recommend unless you want to fiddle around trying to get an appointment.

I have been here for multiple years and I have to say that I was satisfied at first, but would no longer recommend it as an ongoing patient. I originally liked it here and found medication that treated my anxiety, but every time it is time for my refills I get a notification from my pharmacy that they have reached out to my prescriber 2-3x without an answer, so I have had to reach out as well. Quite a few times I have still gotten no response until a week later after I have run out of my meds and gone through withdrawals because of it. The work they did to find something for me was good because I have felt better, but as an ongoing patient in need of refills, I would not recommend. Eventually I had to start reaching out to a different prescriber to fulfill my refill requests.

I went here this evening in the midst of a mental break down and they sent the cops to my house after I decided to refuse services from them. MIND YOU, I told them I have appointments set up at a different clinic for psychiatric care and counseling. I was approached at intake by not 1, but 2 people (this made me very uncomfortable and I explained that but they did not care) I felt targeted and threatened here. I will never be back. I know the people were in the basement and said they were supposedly seprate from phoenix. I urge you though do not come here if you're going through anything emotionally. Find somewhere else! There is a doctor on 9th st not far from Phoenix, that's where I'm going. Cannot belieeeveeeee the way I was treated here!!

I got off work late on Friday and wasn't able to request a refill on my medications. All weekend I tried to get in contact with someone but couldn't. 4 days I am going without my medications and now I'm here and have asked to speak with the nurse so that I can have my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy and not have to wait any longer and I have been here 30 minutes and not one of the check in nurses has helped me not the nurse that I asked for. They keep looking at me and laughing. I'm about to blow up
