Doesn't even deserve 1 STAR !!!!! I took in a 2005 Lincoln Town Car for 4 new tires. I already had tubes in the tires and asked for the them to be put into new tires. I was told by the shop supervisor that they couldn't put tubes in radial tires that it was illegal and caused friction on the sidewall. I was told they would grind my rim and use extra beadseal to seal the tire. They broke the centercap, and just put the pieces back into centercap so my car clinked when moved. They lost the bolt that held the centerpiece on. Two days later I awoke to a flat, took it back and was told that my rim was junk and they wouldn't repair it until I replaced the rim. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this Tire center to anybody. Worst Mechanic work ever done.

You may have a hard time following this but to be fair,IT MAKES NO SENSE!Dropped my 2017 maxima off(with the key fob) to have 2 tires mounted and balanced. 2 hours later they called to tell me they couldnt do the work beacause I didnt leave the key! I actually had to explain to them that the physical key is absolutely not required to start the car(push brake,push button),it only locks/unlocks the glovebox. They apologized and said they would get straight to work...20 minutes later,they call again. They "got it started but there must be a chip in the actual key or something because it wont come out of park,it shuts off." I went back up to see what the hell they were doing to my car,got the fob,started my car,put it in gear,and drove home. WHAT COULD THEY NOT FIGURE OUT?! ITS A FREAKING CAR MAN

It is hit or miss on whoever is working the counter. I have been getting misses lately the past couple of times I have went and the wait times even with an appointment can get long. The people are nice though and they always try their best to get through everyone, but if you're in a rush I would not recommend you coming here.

If I could give zero I stars would! Absolutely unprofessional! the woman working here has no customer service skills. She was rude on several occasions and other employees including the service manager. Not only did we have a problem getting our tires we had to deal with unprofession employees I WOULD NOT recommend getting anything done here It's crazy we had to come twice and both times this place gave us problems! Will not be back!!

Guys that work here were able to repair my tire right before they closed, quickly, and at a great price. Other Walmart’s acted annoyed when I called to ask if I could get some help and everyone here was more than happy to help. Thank you for the great service, will definitely be coming back!!

Had to keep repeating what needed to be done on my nephew's truck like 4 times and waited 2 and half hours for a tire and a tail light to be installed. Never got call, taillight is still doing what it was before. Be better off doing the taillight my self. 😒😒😒😒

They sit around and play on their phones. They will leave a car sit for an hour before removing tires. The tech with the blonde tipped hair is about as worthless as you can get. You wonder why they don't work for a real auto center. This is why. The wait is absolutely terrible.

Got tires today. I was using a virtual cc for the purchase that was not responding when I got there. After 15+ mins of buffering and resubmitting info I was able to make my purchase. The auto center associates were professional, friendly and very patient the entire time.

Very disappointed in Wal-Mart. I arrived at 7:10 am (they open at 7am) and the doors will still locked. No one unlocked the doors until about 7:15. Once they did let me in they were unable to assist customers until after 7:30. The associate working was an older woman who very clearly was having a hard time walking, they had her working the auto center and sporting goods section. (Clearly not her fault) the poor woman had to keep walking back and fourth to both areas to assist customers. I just could not believe that they would do that to an employee who was clearly injured. The associate was very polite and kept apologizing for the wait.

Went in for new tires and was in and out within a half hour. Did a little shopping called my name right after paying for the couple items I purchased headed back to auto center paid my bill and down the road I headed. No issues no surprises just doesn't work out like that enough .so I will have to say," it was a good day.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to get 2 tires put on. Bought the tires there and waited. After 2 hours I went to the desk to ask how much longer just to have them tell me it was done.. which I never got a phone call. After I paid I came out to find out that they broke my rim and placed the broken part of my rim in my cup holder inside my car... never informed me they broke my rim. Not to mention after leaving and heading to work my car started shaking on the highway going 60 like the tires were not properly put on. I have never been so mad in my life.

Came in on mother day at 10 AM to buy and have a new battery installed. They said it would be about a hour to hour and a half. Then after 2 hours they told me they broke something and it would take two more hours. I am pretty up set. I was supposed to pick up food for my mother since its mothers day and celebrate at my sisters. Now I wont be able to pick up the food for the party, nor pick up the mothers day cake. This was a total failure. Waste my time, Break something on a car a bought 2 months ago, wait a half hour after the done time to tell me it will take two more hours.

I went to them 10 minutes before closing to buy two back tires. At first they said no they couldn’t put them on because they were ready to close. After seeing how bad my tires actually were, the manager told me they would put them on, because they didn’t want to send me back on the road with my old flat tires. These guys were great. Two thumbs up!!

Absolutely the worst technicians and customer service you could possibly imagine, lied about pricing and took forever to do just two tires. I have never had an experience this bad before. I will never for any reason ever have my vehicle pulled in their facility. I suggest you take your car anywhere before you bring it to this or any Walmart. So bad. Just so bad.

Brought car in couple days ago to get oil change. Went to turn heat on in car and it was switching from hot to cold. Went to my personal mechanic to find out there was no antifreeze in my car, which had I not checked could have blown a head gasket! I called to ask why they at least couldn't tell me it was none or low, manager stated they don't check that. I said if u can fill the windshield wiper fluid then you see right next to it it was empty. Just no common courtesy for their customers at all! That's fine if you don't fill the antifreeze but least let customer know so they can get it taken care of. Never will my car go back there!! Poor customer service, and no concern for customers.

Walmart scheduled my oil change. My vehicle is diesel. They have diesel oil changes on their list of things they do. They took my vehicle. Had me walk around store for an hour. Then called me back to desk and told me they did not do diesel oil changes. Made me sick. I wanted to burn place to the ground.

Waited 45 minutes for an appointment and no one ever showed up. Called a day ahead to confirm due to incoming weather. I showed up but was told everyone called off when I got there.
