I went here for a quick car wash and this was such a pleasant and extra mile experience! The attendant, Fawn, came out and greeted us. She was very polite, friendly, and professional. I had asked about what I needed to order to get some caked on spots off the top of my roof. She said it would be best to go to the bug wash station first and try to scrub it off with the included solution. I explained how I physically couldn’t do that and we could just forget it, but she offered to do it for me and did! She went the above the extra mile and helped me out on a task I could never complete or pay anyone to complete right now. It did not get it completely off and I will have to get it pressure washed off at some point, but it looks loads better! I am so thankful she offered and did this for me. She is a star employee and she needs to be recognized and highlighted in a world where the professionalism and positivity has left the work force! Thank you so much Fawn!

Absolutely love this place, vacuums, gentle brushes and no swirls left behind here. Microfiber towels are also provided. And the wash is all around amazing, takes a month to need another if you get the rain and hot wax. The monthly is unbeatable.

I have a monthly membership and I take advantage of washing my car at least once a week and using their free vacuum service. Like the fact that there is towels to wipe down your car and windows cleaner to use. All part of the service

This is a very good carwash. I see some reviews on here and people are getting it wrong. This is not a full service wash. Its basically a self serve. They have towels, all purpose cleaner, and window cleaner for everyone to use when they aren't getting stolen by inconsiderate people. Also, this is an express wash geared towards members. Which means, it helps to maintain the cleaning of your car, not to get every single dirty stop, especially when you wash once a month. If you want to keep your car clean, buy a membership and go through at least once a week, it is very much worth the money then.

Well, pulling in the two people standing at the entrance didn’t even acknowledge. I was pulling up. Didn’t hold up the sign to tell me when to stop. They just kept on talking talking talking talking. They didn’t run a brush over the back of the front of my vehicle. I stopped there and put it neutral in a minute or so later I went to the car wash. While vacuuming my car, I noticed that my tailgate look like it hadn’t been in a car wash in sometime and my front almost the same.

I’ve been coming to pitstop for seven years now and been a member. It’s always been great so has the car wash and staff. Washes my truck just as good as if I did. I have 35 inch tires by 12 1/2 inches wide and it’s the only one that will allow A vehicle my size.

The PitStop car wash here in Gulfport is one of the best on the coast. They have accessories such as microfiber towels, window wash, and cleaner for your interior as well for you to use at no additional cost when you’re cleaning out the inside of your car. I had a few questions and the staff was great. Especially Isaiah. He was the highlight of the entire trip. Which turned out to be a curious. One time wash has now turned into a membership that I can show to appreciate my car. The cost is economical, and I refer anyone looking to maintain their vehicle to stop by and see Isaiah and sign up today!

I have been a custom for several years at the "Old" Pitstop on Hwy 49 in Gulfport near the neighbor walmart. I'm glad they got another Location hwy 49 South. One thing I really appreciate about the new car wash is the sun blockers. The original wash is located at a pretty busy intersection. I was happy when they upgraded "the old" one, but there seems to be issues with the new equipment. For instance, the vacuum cleaners don't work, sometimes the washer itself malfunctions, and sometimes it even stops in the middle of a wash.

This is the very best car wash on the Coast! I love the ceramic finish! I’ve bern treated like a very valuable customer every time I’ve been to the wash. The management and staff are so professional and courteous, something hard to find at many business establishments today! I absolutely love the free access to towels and cleaners (something the other automated washes charge for)! My car always looks like new after I’ve come through the wash!
