Had the best experience. The customer service was out of this world. I first met Gino who was so kind to point me in the direction of Frankie who helpede find a vehicle I was looking for. I chose a vehicle and she went through the application process on the spot. As soon as I left I got a call from a lender and unfortunately did not qualify for that particular loan. She immediately gave me a second option. Just today Mike helped me with the paperwork and all the details and I drove a way with much better car than I drove in with. He gave me more than what my trade in was worth. Helped me finance with my terrible credit. For a first time financing experience, this was fantastic. A huge thank you to the staff and the folks I met along the way. I have had a long up and down few years and have been without a car for a while. Frankie and Mike both were really understanding to my current situation. They took the time to answer all my questions as this would have been my second time getting a car. Frankie is really welcoming, definitely makes you feel comfortable, understanding, and informative. She seemed as my mom said “a normal “person”. Mike made me feel comfortable in understanding everything even the finances. He made sure everything was good to go on my car, he filled fluids, explained when I would need an oil change, and told me if anything happens to it to bring it to him. Mike spoke with my mom about her car and even helped her out with advice about an issue she’s having even though it wasn’t one of his cars.
