Platinum Collision Experts did an excellent job with my BMW X3 when I brought it in for body repair work. The car’s bumper needed to be replaced. Giovanni and his sons were great. They made the process easy dealing with insurance, and also coordinated everything with the BMW dealer. In the past, I have also had their mechanic replace some broken down parts, like the engine mounts and control arm bushings, and to perform a couple needed services like transmission fluid exchange and front and rear differential fluid. Also had my tires replaced by Big O Tires with an alignment service. They did great work and for a very good price. Giovanni held to his word on the pricing. There were no surprises. All in all, I highly recommend Platinum Collision Experts.

Hands down the best shop I’ve taken my car to. My car was involved in a hit and run and my front bumper was ruined, hanging off. Giovanni provided EXCELLENT service and ensured that my car was in good hands. I don’t know anything about cars or how insurance works, but Giovanni really stepped in and helped me out so much (as well as my dad would if he were there!) He even called my insurance to make sure I had renters insurance for a rental while my car would be fixed. I’m so happy with how my car turned out and he even coordinated with me to make sure I got my car before the long 3 day weekend. I will most definitely be returning and recommending his business to anyone I know. He’s that good..trust.

Giovanni helped me to get my car fixed. I got rear ended last July 2,2025. I was so frustrated cuz I just got this car last year and I really love her! I requested for only OEM parts to be installed in my car and he gave me assurance that he will. He listened to my request.
