Had some issues with my diesel that several other mechanics wanted to charge me a fortune to replace,after talking to Ben on a Saturday when most other shops were closed I knew PPA was the place to take my truck, he took time to talk to me and explain the issues my truck was having.Thanks ppa and thank you Ben for bringing my truck back to life,price was fair and the Honesty was there unlike other shops,I will definitely recommend PPA to friends and use them again.

Ben said he would meet me at 11...i drove about an hour there and on the way started to have a mild miss.... i showed up and wasnt sure if i was in the right place because there was junk cars and other random junk all over the place.... he was not there so i called him, he said he had to make a parts run and will be back in a couple minutes, 45 min later showed up unapolagetic and finally started my truck for 3 seconds then handed me the keys and said he wont work on junk....he said engines blown and he can fix but told me one time after another there professionals and they charge hourly.... i took home....ended up being a crispy pinched pcv hose...... not worksmanship lol surprized by all the good ratings, definitly not what i expected.. wont go back... hope they change how they do business.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DIESEL TRUCK HERE Can’t even get a receipt Guys screwed up my 6.4 PS cooling system put TAP WATER IN IT, a 6.4? Really? Says he put gold motorcraft in it….. well I had purple heavy duty coolant in it- didn’t overheat in 3 years After his lies I over heated 2 times in 7 miles Corrupt why no receipt? Cause he can’t document what he didn’t do! It’s all good I contacted bbb have investigation in place- Simple for him to do right fix and correct his wrong BUT NOT DOING SO SO? I’m going till the end of the earth to have him outed and or money returned DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE
