We recently took my 2001 Chevy Silverado they gave me a false diagnosis , I’ve been a customer for years I took matters in to my own hands & went home & fixed it based on what they had told me & it didn’t fix my problem called them back & let them know & was told by one of the employees that they weren’t ever gonna touch my vehicle again , he was also not to happy when I showed him my work that I had done .

The worst place in the world. Tired to charge me 75$ for a AC pin because mine was bent. I went to my old mechanic he gave it to me for free. They charge me 80$ to put a longer bolt in holding my ac compressor. Rip off. They people here are rude and not very good mechanics. Never take your car here

Didn't get any work done here. I went in but they didn't weld exhausts and don't install parts unless they buy them or they are aftermarket ( sometimes). Guess I'll have to keep looking for a good shop to take my cars to.

Terrible customer service! I would not recommend. I went there to get an estimate on how much it would cost to repair a minor damage on my car and I let half way through the conversation. The skinny guy at the front desk came off to me as racist, simple because he refused to look at me or provide assistance. He answered my questions very vaguely and I don't feel as if by business was handled with respect. I WALKED OUT AND I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE!

Biff and his team at Auto Smart South are fantastic!! Biff is AAA Master ASE Certified and he and his team does all of our mechanical work for our business and our personal vehicles. They have never charged us for work that was needed. We completely trust them and we would recommend them to anyone. Biff is a Veteran and was a Police Officer, so he understand the word SERVICE!! Came In to make sure my engine wasn’t getting too hot. I asked this guy if they install parts if I bring them in he said no, asked to speak to a manager he said he was the manager. Was very rude won’t be coming back.

Bad diagnoses, had to do the same job twice because they did it wrong the first time. I myself had to do a job after they did it because it caused my truck to run wrong. They let the air out of my front tires to work on my truck. They didnt clean up the oil after replacing valve cover, so I had oil all over. And they are overpriced. 380 dollars to do a thermostat I did in less than an hour myself.

Took my vehicle in to these guys respond september nine Got my vehicle back on Thursday, September. The 12th this is a little bit of NBC right here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They refuse to bill the insurance company. I had a extended warranty and they said that the insurance company would not pay for the timing chain. Even though they put one on, they charge for shop fees, some kind of coolant leak and Thermostat housing. But refuse to send a bill. It's certainly important one to the warranty company. Because they said they would not cover the part. My personal opinion is the guy working. The counter is like a crook. Do not take your vehicle 2 auto smart south They charge 3.5%. If you pay with a credit card for debit card if you pay in cash or with a check, can you pay the regular bill? The guy up front working. The counter is very rude.

One of the BEST places in town to have an older vehicle serviced or repaired. Biff and his team have done a great job for our business taking care of our clients needs. If they are unable to repair something they will let you know up front. Retired LE and Master ASE Certified, Biff has a passion for repairing vehicles correctly and only charging for what his team deems necessary to for a proper repair. Understanding that most people are struggling to make ends meet he does a wonderful job of actively listening to his clients. If you don't want to be taken advantage of by the dealership I recommend you give Biff a call first for an honest assessment and if he is best suited to meet you expectations. A+++

They always treat me right, explain everything clearly, and get the job done fast. A while back, I had them replace my CV joints, brakes, tires, and a pressure sensor — all done by the next day and at a great price! Recently, my headlight bulb went out after just a month, and they immediately got it fixed without any hassle. They really stand behind their work and make sure everything’s done right. You can tell they care about their customers and the quality of their service. I’ve dealt with other shops that overcharge and take forever, but Auto Smart South is honest, fair, and professional. Definitely the best auto shop in Wichita — I won’t take my car anywhere else!
