The team at Precision was great! I came to them for a second opinion after having my ‘05 Frontier at the dealer for an oil change. Dealer tech had advised after multi-point inspection that I’m in critical need of new engine mounts and clutch. I was skeptical as I wasn’t experiencing issues. Precision was friendly and easy to speak with over the phone to confirm they could do a no-cost, no commitment inspection and we’d go from there. Set the appointment. The tech completed the initial inspection while I waited in the comfy lobby, within about 10 minutes of drop off. The tech (forgot his name) clearly explained everything, advised that the mounts and clutch were showing some wear but definitely weren’t anywhere near critical. Let’s just say I’m never going back to the dealer for work. I did not proceed with the mounts and clutch, but since I’d already budgeted for some work, I asked if they could fix a bunch of other stuff, and they agreed. Fixed a leak on my rear diff cover. Replaced the two valve covers that were leaking. Fixed my nonfunctioning driver’s side window control and motor. Did a fuel system flush. Changed the transfer case fluid. I had forgotten to ask that they check the battery because it had been slow to start, but they caught it themselves, confirmed battery was bad, and I approved replacement. They also noticed my emissions was due this month, so they saved me a separate trip to Dekra and did my emissions test. They gave me updates throughout the work via text. I dropped off on Wednesday at 4 and it was done by Friday at 1. They did such a great job, I laughed out loud as I pulled out of the lot because the truck had so much more power than when I’d dropped it off. Phenomenal service at a really good price. They are my shop now, and I’m recommending to friends that need work on their vehicles. 10 stars.

I would never go anywhere else for suspension work again. These guys are an extremely knowledgeable crew with all of the correct equipment to get your car running like new. I recently had them complete a full alignment on my slammed Acura RDX. I have a lot of adjustable components that require more work than the typical alignment but these guys got it done quick and did amazing work. Highly recommend servicing your vehicle with this shop!
