Had our van in for a valve cover gasket replacement, during the repair they removed my coolant reservoir and just discovered it was never reinstalled.. I had sent a video and message to them following the repair that the coolant was gargling and that it was not making that sound before! (They never responded) it was an occasional sound so I didn’t pay much attention and my car never overheated.. Went to a different shop to discover the coolant reservoir was gone!! I need this issue resolved and am posting this review until the issue is made right.. this negligence could have cost me an engine!! Attention to detail is a MUST!!! Had a part replaced and the part broke that same day. They replaced it with OEM parts without charging the difference. The broken part damaged one of my rotors and I had to ask for them to cover the replacement. I had a couple of rotors I gave them and they offered a normal price for both but I asked for a discount since one of them was damaged by the faulty part and they obliged and gave me a big discount. They also replaced the axle for free because they believed it had been damaged. They work quickly and have probably unbeatable rates. I do recommend them and trust their work. They also have shop kitties that will walk around sometimes and greet you. I saw some cat food outside for strays which is mega brownie points!★★★★★ 2 months ago
