I talked with a person named Cesar who said that they knew what the heck they were doing and had experience with a diesel jeep grand Cherokee and asked if I could have family come in to do the estimate for me and when my family went there they said they had no experience with the type of vehicle and couldn’t give an estimate. You guys really need to get your stories straight! I can’t recommend people who waist others valuable time!

Amazing Service! I can’t say enough good things about this shop. My BMW broke down late at night because the shifter wouldn’t go into gear. I found this shop on Google, and even though they were closing at 10 PM, I called them around 9:50 PM to see if they could help. The owner answered and said I could bring the car in, even though I was 30 minutes away. They specialize in European cars, and they really proved their expertise. Not only did they stay late to fix all the issues with my car, but they didn’t rush through the job, making sure everything was done right. I didn’t leave the shop until 2 AM, and they completely hooked me up with top-tier service, going above and beyond. You don’t find that kind of dedication and professionalism very often. If you have a European car and need any work done, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I sadly did not have the best time at this repair shop... I worked with Ty and at first, he was very nice and helpful. To give context, I was buying a new car, and I appreciated how he made time to help me out with the pre-purchase inspection. I came back to him of course to do further repairs because I felt he was trustworthy. I sadly am regretting it because I believe I overpaid quite a bit for the service. At first, I thought it was a transmission drain and fill with a new filter, so the price was around where I expected it. Where I was not happy was when we agreed on a specific fluid type and when it was not being available, he went and grabbed a different fluid without consulting me first. It was a more "universal" transmission fluid... The other issue I had was I initially thought it was a transmission mount that needed to be replaced which is annoying because you have to move a lot of parts so an hour and a half of labor made sense to me. Where my issue came was when he did not clarify which part was being replaced, he couldn't even tell me the name of the part or what part he was referring to confidently. He kept going back and forth on which part he changed, and I had to call multiple times to clarify it... Overall, I did not feel like he really knew what he was talking about... I had paid before it began which should have been the red flag for me. The part he replaced should have truthfully only been a half hour of labor because it is just two bolts... At the end of the service, I simply asked to see the part he changed, and he refused to let me see it. I would say if you went through with him be very clear about what parts are being serviced so you don't pay extra for no real reason. Don't pay until you know exactly what he means and tells you exactly what he is doing. That is if you choose to do business with him...

This shop and the people who work here are absolutely amazing. They were very nice and honest, took the time to break down the cost when I had questions about it. They had the work done by the time they said it would be done (they actually got it done sooner). I didn’t make an appointment and just dropped in and they took in my car and looked at it immediately even though they seemed like they were already busy as it is, got it all the repairs done same day and kept great communication with me through out the whole repair. I will no doubt be going to them for future car repairs and recommending them to everyone I know! Everyone knows how stressful it is to have car issues but they really made it as stress free as it could possibly be.

We are so thrilled with our experience at Murray Auto Repair! We had our alternator and battery almost die and had all the lights on our dash and they were more than helpful. We came from Park City because they were open late until 11pm and we were needing to start a road trip tonight. I am SO grateful that they helped us. We called about 14 other shops and with it being after closing hours and also on a Saturday night, I am so grateful that they were open! It all started with a phone call from my son. Panicking and down that his truck broke down in Murry Ut. We just had the truck repaired from the transmission a month ago. We're from Texas so I hopped in my truck and drove 26hr to his location. He had it the computer hooked up and it said that cylinder 1,3,5,7 were misfireing well with that said I was prepared to tow his truck back to the RGV. When I got there we changed the spark plug and swapped the coils from my truck to his but no luck. At that point I didn't want to tow it so I looked up auto shop in the area on a Sunday and lucky they where open. They took the truck in around 3-4pm they started doing there diosnostic which they didn't charge. They first started with the compression test to see if there was no issue there. After that they tested all the injectors all working well. They move on to the coils they were having signal that came and go. At that point they started with the computer which everything was working. They decided to clean the connections and re program the computer. That didn't fix the problem so they move on to the fuse box. When they open the top plate they notice alot of corrosion underneath. They started to remove all corrosion and tested the truck again and it worked. No more misfire the relief on my son face was worth it. My son thought that the lifters and cam got damaged. And we got it back on Monday around 5pm. When my son jumped in his truck he notice that the abs light was gone awell. My son had the abs module changed out but never programed it. Ceasar took it upon him self to programed it at no extra cost which In My book that is what a shop should be. Honest and caring. The only sad part is that we don't have a shop like his in my hometown. Thank for helping us out.

I am really excited to share my experience About Murray auto repair. On a Saturday evening on my way home from work I noticed my car was making a clunking noise and keep in mind my My jeep has only 35,000 miles and I’ve had a lot of work done by Les Schwab which was struts and what I thought was the sway bars linkage but either they lied or used very bad parts Well Les Schwab never informed me that my lower control arm bushings were going out as well as a bad cv axel and that they only did the linkage on the sway bars which had to be a lie because they were completely failing causing a popping sound.I always thought that the roads in Utah were really bad, but it turns out that the bushings on my lower control arms were bad next to being completely destroyed. I found Murray auto repair late Saturday night because they were the only ones open. I called them right before closing and they Were more than willing to look at my car. They quickly diagnosed the issue as being my lower control arms and sway bars, Murray auto repair offered to do the work that night even though they were about to close.I explained to them that I would need to come back tomorrow, but was worried that they wouldn’t be able to do it and they assured me that they would be open Sunday And they would be able to do the work. I returned first thing Sunday morning with some donuts for the guys. They were very appreciative. Murray auto repair began working on my car right at 9 AM and continued to work on my car until it was finished And I know this because I waited in the lobby the entire time. They took the time to inform me and show me physically everything Les Schwab had done wrong. They let me know that one of my CV axles were going out and they offered to replace it And I accepted the additional repair. Murray auto repair also informed me that the sway bars linkage were in fact not replaced prior to my visit with them and that the other guys either lied or used very generic parts that have already failed in just a few months.They stated that I do need to replace one of the sway bars links however it would be best to do both and I opted to go ahead and have them replace both Along with both of the lower control arms. Everything was done on a Sunday in one day and now this car drives so smoothly. It literally feels like a brand new vehicle. Murray auto repair is so Legit. They did a lot of work same day in a pinch and that is good service if you ask me. They also did three hours of additional labor and didn’t charge me the full cost. As far as I’m concerned they earned my business going forward. They can get it done without a doubt. The people that have given bad reviews about this place Are definitely wrong because these gentlemen physically show you what is wrong with your car And they leave the decision up to you whether or not you want to fix it. Yes, I went in there for a noise that was diagnosed as the control arm and the sway bars, but they found the other issues and didn’t say it had to be done or try to act forcefully in any way .They were kind and only made the suggestion that it should be done but completely left it up to me and I chose to go ahead and get it done and not only did they perform the work but they did it beautifully all in one day. The work was expensive, but it wasn’t outrageous or over the top expensive. Good quality work is going to have a cost. I’m glad I found Murray Auto Repair. The photos I’ve added are post work and you can see for yourself all the new parts that were done in one day! No leaving and picking it up days later, no excuses, just solid work.

My husband and I were going out for Valentines day last week when our Santa Fe wouldn't start. My husband jumped the battery and was able to get it to start and we decided to take it to an auto parts store. We had the battery tested, as we thought maybe we needed to replace it, but the little tester said the battery and alternator were fine, but our starter had gone bad. We have over 180,000 miles on our car, so this made sense. We found Murray Auto Repair on Google. They have good reviews, so we called them. Ty gave us an estimate over the phone and it sounded reasonable to us, they could do the work that afternoon, and it would take a couple of hours. We took our Santa Fe over, then went to lunch in a restaurant across the street. When we got back, Yeiver, the mechanic who was working on our car, asked me if we had any other issues with my Santa Fe. It had been burning through oil. We had taken it to a Hyundai dealership to have them look for any leaks after having had gaskets replaced a few years ago. There were no more visible leaks at the time, and the dealership just told me that my model of car was known to start burning oil after a while. Yeiver and Ty discovered that I had a lot oil in my air intake chamber. They found that a small pcv valve was leaking oil right into the chamber. We had been checking the oil and refilling it about once a month.... When they showed me my air intake, I was so happy to finally know why my car was "burning" oil and that it could be fixed! It took a few more hours for Yeiver to get the engine parts that weren't supposed to have oil in them cleaned out. He also needed to run to another parts store to get a new valve so he could fix the problem. I didn't mind waiting a little longer. My Santa Fe was running much better after this! Yesterday as my husband and I were headed out to go grocery shopping, the car wouldn't even start. I called Murray Auto Repair and told Ty what was happening. He told me to have the car brought in. I have roadside assistance as part of my car insurance (this is well worth it), so I called for a tow and got my Santa Fe back over. It was late when we got it over, so Yeiver told me he could look at it this morning. He found a ground wire was shorting against the frame, which was the reason it wouldn't start yesterday. They repaired it under warranty, and didn't charge me today! I highly recommend Murray Auto Repair! They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They are very knowledgeable about engines,they are reasonable, and they do great work. Everyone in the shop are respectful and honest. If you need a good mechanic, these guys are it! I lnow I'll be taking my cars to Murray Auto Repair from now on!

Ty and Jesus are the absolute best! Everyone working here is the kindest most honest mechanic you'll meet. I've been offered a fair upfront price of repair every time without having to wait long for that estimate. I've now been here for 2 different semi major repairs and both times they finished the work and had my car back to me within less than 24 hours. In the past, I have never trusted mechanic shops because they always say your vehicle needs more repairs than needed and then overcharge you for it. Not these guys! My van wouldn’t start and after a jump the check engine light was on and it was stuck going only 10mph on a Saturday evening. I called around and no one could get me in. Then I called Murray Auto Repair and a guy told me he was open till 9:30pm and I could bring it in and he would look at it free of charge (others who couldn’t see me til Monday wanted $150 just to diagnose). It took me a bit to get there and I was worried when I saw how many cars were there that I would be there all night. Tyrell finished helping someone else and then made room for me to pull in. He was kind, knowledgeable/ confident he could fix it. Used a bunch of tools, replaced a fuse, cleared my codes and said I was good to go! When I asked how much I owed he said just a review. I was elated! Tyrell and his shop gets 5 stars in my book! He could’ve easily charged me a couple hundred dollars and I would’ve had to pay it. I’m a single mom of 4, but he didn’t know that- he was seriously a blessing! I 100% recommend him!
