I have been going here for 5 years now, I have an older SLK and they have always kept my car running excellent. They are very customer focused and truly honest. They will tell you exactly what needs to be fixed and always try to do it the cheapist way. And they ALWAYS fit you in when you have a problem. I truly trust and appreciate them!

I called Precision Mercedes at 8:30am on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment. I had issues with the ABS warning light coming on, as well an acceleration issue in my 1998 C230. They said can you bring it in now? I said absolutely! I dropped the car off at 9:00am and the repairs were complete by noon. Very good communication and the price was reasonable. The car runs perfectly! I will certainly go back for any future service requirements.

Frank is great! I have purchased a few cars from him and am looking into another this week. I am actually excited to have another Mercedes so that I can bring it in to P.M. and not have to deal with anyone else. Most people tell me not to get a Mercedes because the matinenece is so exhausting and expensive but not with these guys! Aways happy to pay my bill which is by far cheaper than any other foreign shops! Thanks for everything !!

Great service, price and speed! I was lucky and was able to come in immediately to have my GLC looked at. I was overdue for my B and C service, oil change, and both rear brakes were done. Took them maybe 2 hours to do all that for roughly $800. Last time I got new brakes was front brakes at a Meineke for around $1000 in '21 in San Jose - no other services. Another perk is there are plenty of restaurants, grocery, Ace hardware, and coffee in walking distance to kill time while you wait. Definitely my go to place for my care service and repairs going forward!

Came in for a simple engine oil change. Next morning I hear a rattle in my new engine.. come to find out they used cheap oil and aftermarket oil filter on my high end sports car :/ and OVERFILLED oil potentially causing great damage to my engine. My engine only takes 6.9 qts they put 9qts!! Do NOT TRUST THESE MEXICANS they do dirt work and leave you with costly repairs!! The kid working for them seems depressed/under the influence and always agitated. that same kid did the job on my car

Precision Mercedes is absolutely outstanding! I was ready to start my trip in my Mercedes sprinter RV, but low and behold, my battery was dead and needed replacing. I called around and no one would be able to assistance for days, some didn’t even call me back for many hours. Then I called Precision Mercedes; they were able to get me in immediately. Upon inspection, Frank noticed I had a “check engine“ light on. He determined it was due to an emissions recall, which can only be completed by certain Dealers. Pricilla took the initiative to call around California to find a dealer who is authorized to perform the repairs, and set up a appointment for me. While they performed the work, Frank and Pricilla continually updated me on their progress. Frank also performed an additional safety check to ensure I have a safe trip, as I am handicapped and have limited mobility. All of the staff at Precision Mercedes are wonderful, professional and caring. I’m not sure if they service other makes of vehicles, but I would highly recommend checking with them as their service is truly outstanding And lastly, the prices are very reasonable.

I blew a radiator hose while traveling, Frank was fantastic he was able to search his inventory and find a hose close enough that I was able to fix my car on the side of the road and get it to a safer location, he ordered the correct hose for me and had it in that next morning. He went above and beyond! Pricing was also very fair considering Mercedes parts are always expensive

So awesome. I have 2 sprinter vans they have worked on both of them for me. I am a repeat customer because they are reliable and they do quality work at a fair price. Also, customer service is amazing, just good old fashioned customer service that is missing in many companies these days. I am soo grateful, today, they helped me with a major problem. My work van broke down while in the middle of work and I had a full schedule work the next day. I deliver and install home appliances. They literally save soo much trouble and saved me from having to reschedule many of my customers. Frank found the part for the job that was not readily available, and they worked late to get my van ready. It was a big job on top of what looked like a very busy day for them. Thank you soo much!! I am super grateful.
