The biggest ripoff ever. Charged me over $1000 to replace the alternator in my kicks. Told me the alternator cost 700. A new alternator actually cost less than $300. They gave me a rebuilt one. It lasted less than 3 months. Charged $ 275 for a 30 minute installation. A local repair shop just Charged me $ 350 for a new alternator installed

They were very clean environment and friendly staff. My car got to for a test drive and looked at immediately. The only downside was they didn't tell me the estimate was going to cost me $43.. for that price they could have at least put air in my tires.. but overall I'm going back to have my car repaired there

My 19yo daughter paid nearly 900 dollars to have diagnostic and repair done on her vehicle. She was advised her vehicle was ready today. When she picked up her car, she literally had issues as soon as she tried to reverse from the space, they parked it in. In addition, her brakes were fine when she took her car in but now there are issues with them. She spoke with a woman named Brenda and expressed her concerns, and was advised those issues were related to module communications, and she would have to take her vehicle to a dealership because this location is ill equipped to handle module issues. She hadn't previously communicated any additional issues to my daughter until today when she was told her car was ready. Brenda said there were 29 codes when they checked but did not mention this to my daughter at the time of diagnosis. The purpose of my daughter requesting diagnostic was to learn everything that was wrong with her vehicle and make a plan for repair. Even though her car was not safe to drive due to issues that weren't even present when she brought it in, Brenda made no effort to assist her in resolution. Considering she knew there were additional issues beyond her scope at the initial diagnostic, this feels predatory and underhanded. I can't help but think she intentionally withheld the additional information so my daughter would move forward with paying her company for the repairs even though she knew my daughter would end up having to take her vehicle elsewhere (and pay more) in order to make it safe to drive. My daughter has a modest income and would have opted to take her car to the location that could completely repair it had she been given the facts at the initial diagnostic. This is a terrible way to conduct business, and it reflects poorly on the franchise. My daughter is once again inconvenienced after this company had her vehicle for almost a month. Update: a day later and now her car won't even start! It's in WORSE condition than when she took it there.

About a month ago, I had an issue with my AC system. Because I thought it was a serious issue, I contacted the Kia dealership. They told me it would cost $250 just to check the AC, and $250 to check why my passenger side window wouldn’t roll back up properly. Needless to say I didn’t go there. My girlfriend told me to check out Precision Tune and I’m glad I did. Brenda took her time and listened to my concerns and my car was fixed in less than two hours. Pricing was excellent and I felt like I could trust them. My headlight went out yesterday and I got it fixed in less than 30 minutes. I love this place!!!!!

I have been going here for awhile and each time I have been satisfied..the guy Don at the front desk always is very attentive and greet you with a smile..Brenda is another one when it's something going on with my car she explains it break everything down and has that sense of urgency..these guys ARE HONEST!! and will get you in and out and I highly recommend this place if you want the Jon done right..not to mention the prices are the best in York County PERIOD!!!!!!! Got a wheel bearing there in July and I'm already replacing it. The new one I'm getting costs a fraction of it. Plus they charged me to inspect it. IMO, they should have waved that once the agreement is there to fix your vehicle. It was WAY overpriced!
