Went there bc I had no brake lights. Told me I needed an alternator and a brake switch but did not fix anything. They are forcing people to give them five star google review for 10% off. Charged me almost $800 for an alternator. That fixed absolutely nothing. I now have a check engine light on and a blinking cruise control light on. Owner told me I needed more lights and I’d have to order them myself because he’s not from the area. I lost almost $1000 and my car still is not fixed. They also did not put all my parts back where they belong. Update: I have not driven my car since I went to the shop two days ago. Attempting to drive my car to work. It now is not even cranking up nor staying crunk up! This is a night mare!

Thank Austin for your help! We had an issue with our battery terminal. It was a quick fix and Austin came out, fixed it at no charge and we were on our way. On a long road trip with 4 kids and one of them a baby - we are thankful for the help !

I had a wonderful experience with Precision Tune here in Spartanburg, SC (Pine St location) Floyd (and staff) took really good care of me. I went in for an oil change - he recommended the right oil to put in and did an inspection of my new (to me) car. He gave me several recommendations on repairs & timeline I should use. Highly recommend. Very honest in repairs (and ones I thought I needed but actually did not). I've recommended already to several people!

These guys really came through for me. My gravel shield was falling off, and two separate Honda dealerships failed me. One didn't properly reattach it 4 days prior (Crown Honda of Southpoint), and the other (Vic Bailey Honda) closes at 1pm on Saturdays. Luckily the mechanic here saw me immediately and reattached the shield in under 15 minutes. He was nice and since it wasn't busy, he even explained to me what he was doing and let me watch the whole time. Top notch service all around.

FAILED TO INSPECT ACTUATOR BEARING WHEN REPLACING CV AXLE NEW PS PUMP I PAID TWICE TO GET ON IS FAILING IN LESS THAN A YEAR After months of trying to find someone willing to help someone finally explained that When a CV axle is replaced, it's crucial to inspect and assess the condition of the front differential actuator bearing. This bearing plays a vital role in the drivetrain's functionality and can significantly impact the longevity of the new CV axle if it's faulty. That obviously was not done in my case bc when I finally removed the CV axle myself and the bearing housing which all had to come out together bc the bearing was so blown out there was no seal and deep scoring was evident in the axle. Inspecting this bearing is standard procedure mechanics that I could even follow. I had to buy a few tools and I never thought the CV axle would come off but got it off, figured it out and had a new one ordered for 100$ 2 day delivery all in the same afteenoon. I spent a week at this shop and left with the same problem I came in with and no safer. All I wanted was a safe vehicle to drive and it took me 3 years before anyone would believe what I was saying or would take the time to investigate properly and not miss a major step in fixing my ride! It's unnerving that 'repairs' can be made that cannot only endanger people's lives but cause even further guaranteed more expensive damage in the future. 100$ fix for 3 years worth of aggravation w the repairs well exceeding what I paid for the vehicle. I do not understand how negligence is not a factor in any of this and that costly repairs that don't address the root problem can be legal especially after I bring it back over and over with the same complaints. I was at the shop all week and paid 3 or 4 times each time being told I would get a 10% discount on next purchase which I finally did receive on the 4th purchase at the end of the week but only after insisting it be taken off and then be told the computer would not let them take it off and then suddenly it would, all after I began to make a scene. Between the smoke test that led nowhere a steering shaft adjustment bc the last mechanic never properly bolted my rack and pinion in place and my steering went out on 85, the CV axle and the power steering pump escapade I spent over 1700$ w 1 discount that I had to insist on and I spent a 2week at the shop only to leave with the same problems & no safer than before. Paying someone 300$ to put on a 200$ part that I myself had to crawl on my back in the parking lot to point out was broken to begin with is outrageous. How can there be a 100$ diagnosis? For me insisting there is a problem and then personally doing the proper inspection myself that I'm paying them to do? When I shook the CV axle in front of the mechanic it moved and sounded like it was full of marbles. He said that needs to be replaced. I said finally someone is listening! My mistake was to assume he would know to inspect for further damage in the actuator bearing as is standard procedure. How does power steering fluid cost 25$ when I buy the pump from you but it's 75$ for the same fluid if I bring one in and have you put it on? If you're gonna charge me over two hundred dollars twice bc the mechanic had to remove the defective part I already paid once to have put on, maybe don't have the mechanic brag to the me about how simple of a task it is do and that it will only take a moment. Also if said defective part leaves me worse off than I started as in zero steering capability, it should not be practice to return a vehicle in less safe driving condition and should at least put the old part back on so my safety is not affected ESPECIALLY when it's "5 min part" that you are going to expect to get paid to replace again anyways! The pump I bought from O'Reillys had a life guarantee.I'm out here trying to save a few hundred bucks on a new PS pump and end up having to drive back and forth across town the rest of the week up and down 85 w no steering and then have to pay again to have you out on yours!

If I could give it a negative 5 star I would. I paid out $1400 on parts and labor and still had the same problem when I left. And all they could say was im sorry.... Never again!!!

The technician found a lug nut missing while rotating my tires and informed me. The service manager quickly ordered one from a part store. I went to get it and returned and it was quickly put in place by the technician. I was completely satisfied with my appointment with Precision Tune on North Pine.

My Ford Fusion was misdiagnosed! I'm glad I went with my gut feeling and went for a second opinion. This shop on Pine St. in Spartanburg informed me I needed a transmission, tie rods, ball joints. I was also told I couldn't check the trans fluid, that if it all leaked out my car would just stop. What?! Well, when I got home, I raised the hood and lo and behold there were 2 dipsticks, one for oil and ONE FOR TRANS FLUID. the second shop I went to was excellent. They showed me what was needed. An oil pan gasget!! Sheesh, saved me a couple thousand $ at least.
