Honestly, When I drove my Toyota Camry in Precision Tune on New Bern Ave, for a Simple Service of Oil Change (and I kindly asked technician to please check tire air pressure), it was driving Great, Smooth Sailing.. No problems at all. But when I drive off from Precision Tune my car began to shake VERY BADLY (the sterning wheel, tires🛞 even the seats).. There was Nothing Wrong with my tires or anything else when I took it there for an Oil Change. When I returned my car to Precision Tune for them to fix the problem , they said it was my tires. However we just don't Buy This... If my tires were Not good, WHY didn't we notice the bad shaking, vibration Before we took it to Precision Tune?? It just does NOT add up🤔 It had to be something they did to the tire 💯

I dropped my car off at 8am for brake work. I was called around 12:30 and told I also needed rotors. I was told at that time they would go ahead and get it done. At 3pm I called them and was told the man that phone he didn’t know how much longer it would be but he would find out and call me back. He never did call me back. So I got an uber to the location around 4:30. When I got there my car was on the lift with no tires on it. I feel since I left my car there my repairs was pushed back till the end of the day. I have been going to this location for many years but today will be the last time. I’m so disappointed.

I just popped in here a minute ago and the lady at the reception area didn’t even say hi or acknowledge me and had a look of being discontent on her face and then when I tried to speak to the gentlemen that are in the shop, they all had those earbud things in their ears so they either acted like they couldn’t hear me because they wanted to ignore me or they really couldn’t hear me because they were listening to music or whatever either way the Customer Service was more than lacking so I decided not to come here. Everybody looks so unhappy to be there, which is really sad because it doesn’t wanna make anyone want to go to a place like that.

When for a quick oil change and inspection at 9 am on a Saturday for a Toyota Corolla. Estimated time:2.5 hours. Highly recommend you drop your vehicle off if you can otherwise it’s an actual 4 hour wait. Would suggest They add more mechanics if they know it’s during a peak time. Probably should have went next door for a simple oil change and inspecting as it would have only taken 1.5 hours. Other than that, got the job done for a ok price.

I have been going to Precision Tune Auto on New Bern Avenue, ever since I moved to Raleigh. For 13 years now, I have been a loyal dedicated regular face. It’s hard to find good work, in the world we live in today. Everyone’s trying to get over on the next person. And there’s always been that stigma with auto service centers, that they’re out to get you. And there are some out there. But not these guys, if you’re looking for great service, at an honest price. Look no further, they are just a stones throw away from the beltline. About 7 years ago, I started a new career, a quarter mile from Precision Tune Auto, Same location of course. Couldn’t ask, for a more convenient relationship. I can drop my car off in the morning, and pick it up before shop closes. I hope corporate knows, what an exceptional crew they have at this location. Over the years, the faces have changed. (Scotty was that dude, I believe he was transferred towards the end of last year to a different location.) But the service has never been compromised. That’s why I am, have been, & will continue to be a loyal customer. Recently, a few new faces I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Brandon has been exceptional, never short of a smile & good conversation. Ivan, is always on point!!!! If either of them have the day off, I know I can trust on Brian to get the job done.

We had the worst of the worst experience with PRECISION TUBE on New Bern Avenue, Raleigh NC. I had some brake work done on my Toyota Sienna 2012 and the mechanic change only the brake pads and turn around and charged me $700+ dollars. After talking to the manager that the brakes are still making noise, he told me there is nothing they can do to fix this issue. On another occasion I took another vehicle to them for an oil change and they did not put antifreeze coolant and windshield washer fluid in it. Because of this issues we have decided not to use them again. :(((

We had an appointment for oil change at 8:00 am. I arrived early and after the lady at the front desk finally addressed me she had an attitude I believe her name is BJ. She handled the paperwork work in no time but it took almost an hr to get my car in the back because they kept allowing other people that came behind me to be seen first with no appointments. The work the guy in the back was doing wasn’t trust worthy because he appeared that he really didn’t know how to do it. I spent an hour an 1/2 for something that should’ve took no longer than 20 mins. This was an unfortunate event that I may never return to this location. The guy Brandon and his crew need to be brought back asap.

I am extremely disappointed with Precision Tune. Just two weeks ago, I spent almost $800 with them to address an issue with my check engine light. At that time, they claimed to have fixed the problem. Fast forward two weeks, the check engine light comes back on. I took my car back, and they said the code pointed to the O2 sensors, but they’d need to run another diagnostic. When I returned, they charged me $150 for yet another diagnostic fee — only to tell me it was just some filters that needed to be cleaned out. No O2 sensor issue, no real explanation or accountability for the work they did (and charged me for) just two weeks earlier. I feel completely taken advantage of. After already spending so much money with them, it feels like they’re just nickel-and-diming customers with unnecessary fees. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. I have been a regular customer for years with one other car, however I will not be returning.

Very nonchalant attitudes, paid for a oil change & for my fluids to be topped off & none of my fluids were topped off had to come back the next day & I reached out to corporate but haven’t received a call back from them yet, my experience was terrible and my thinking is if they did top of none of my fluids what else did they NOT do or half ass do. Don’t shop with these people they will play in your face & car.

They lied about doing the alignment. When confronted, they damaged parts reattempting the alignment and did not inform me. Whenever you do an alignment, you get the before and after measurements. They couldn't print the after results for some reason. How am I supposed to know if it was done well or at all? They put it back on the rig, it shouldn't take long to verify. Turns out it wasn't done at all! They were going to have me pay without any service done. A complete waste of 2 hours, I've already scheduled my appointment with the Kia dealership to get it done right. On top of that, my steering wheel was covered with black residue. Never going back. Edit: I just got my alignment done and found out nuts were stripped and others were left loose.

We used Precision Tune for a pre-purchase inspections. The mechanic and techs did a GREAT job! They saved us from buying two lemons. Both cars looked good but bad mechanically. I'd rather spend $100 per inspection to save us thousands in repairs.
