Here is my opinion: NEVER go to this place. Had my car towed there based on recommendation by my insurance. RUDE owner and employees in my opinion. Wanted to OVERCHARGE, they did not inform me of any upfront cost or charges even though I asked. Then they would NOT release my car until I paid $140 as "DIAGNOSTIC" fee. I was told a genuine Honda part would cost twice as much but when I called Luther Honda it cost much less. Later I found out that they are NOT the preferred service center for my insurance (which is now being investigated by the insurance company as to why one of their employees would send me to a non-preferred service center). This place is a total rip-off in my opinion and would not recommend it to anyone.

Needed some exhaust work done cause I couldn't do all of it myself I needed to bring it so I brought it here and was worried about how much it was going to be and I needed the car done quickly. I was pleasantly surprised when it was under what I had expected and it didn't take them long at all. If my car needs work again I'm definitely going back.

I don't usually do this, but I feel it is necessary because it can be hard to find a good mechanic when you move to a new place. My car was having issues with a cool light on the dash, and it wouldn't shift in to 4th gear. Problem was diagnosed in a timely manner and was fixed. It also needed an oil change, but I told the mechanic to skip the oil change because we couldn't afford to do it at that time. Instead of skipping the oil change, they did it for me and rolled it into the price for the thermostat repair and diagnostic. I have only been there one time, but I was treated more than fairly. It was straight forward, and honest service. I will be going back to Preferred Service and Repair, and if I feel any differently about the service I will write another review.

As a 20 year old girl, I am always nervous about bringing my car places because I worry I will be taken advantage of. Both times I have brought my car in, I have been treated kindly and respectfully. They are honest about what is wrong and do not try to tag on extras. They also had my car ready within the day and were so friendly. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

I lived close to this shop for five years and never had a bad experience. They were always honest and upfront and let me know what should be done now and what repairs could wait a while. I usually call around for multiple estimates and theirs was almost always the best. New management took over in 2017 but based on a few interactions seems to be upholding the good reputation.

Under new ownership and better for it. The previous owner did good work I guess but was expensive. The new owners are very personable, friendly and willing to talk to you. Fixed my brakes for a lot less then the previous owner had suggested it would cost. For all those who have had a bad experience with the previous owner, give the new owners a chance. They really seem like they care and want your return business and not fleece you . For whats its worth, Ive found my new mechanic.

Excellent service. My truck water pump broke down and made it on time before they close. They also help me to find an hotel to spend the night until my car was fixed. My brother's and I were traveling from Whitefish Montana to New York I was so happy with the service, they work faster than other mechanics I have take my truck with. And also when I open the truck hood what a surprise they clean all the motor making it look like new.. if I ever cross the country again and my car need fixing I will definitely will stop to their place again.. Thank you to all the staff they were all so helpful and amazing..

I am 52 years old. This is hands-down, far and away, the best mechanic I have ever experienced! Does what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. Fantastic prices, great quality work. No trying to inflate the quote after the fact, exactly the amount they quoted to the penny. Work is done early! Thoroughly exceeded my expectation with above and beyond service! I will never go to another mechanic in this area. I can't wait to go back in 2 weeks for more repair work.
